GATOR

first time by himself treed his own coon. Had to look a long time but fianlly found him , didn't figure GATOR was smart enough to lie yet. Glad he is still here, one of the fastest track dogs i've hunted in a long time. It will be interesting to see how he turns out. Got a whole new out look on life again yesterday DOC tellls me I'm good to go for atleast another year. Maybe we can beat the old cancer beast. Sure makes you fell good when they give you the news. TOM heck I may buy another dog

thanks

Ryan and ROB ,after loosing a brother two months ago to cancer just had me a little uneasy for a while. Ryan this young hound needs more than I can give but we will try. He is probably the crazeist dog I have ever owned . He should make the best i've ever owned. Any body going to flora for the semi's? TOM

Posted by RYAN WHITEAKER on 07-25-2013 04:06 PM:

Im hoping to be down there

Posted by tom edwards on 08-06-2013 05:38 PM:

A BIG thank you

goes out to Jeff Jackson for getting BOATER ready for the semi's .He needed a dog for his grand daughter to hunt the youth hunt in PKC so we are getting Boater a double dose. just hope the old dog can handle all that hunting. Jeff is one of the premier handlers in this country so old BOATER should have a shot at doing a little winning. TOM

Kaylie just fifteen but has alot of class and her and ANNIE seem to get along real well. Quess we'll try the youth world with them. Annie is still a little out of shape and stale but still looking good. Kaylie was hunting a walker but I think we have changed her mind about that. Next three months is going to be busy just hope i can keep up. You doing much hunting? Better yet you have any little females like ANNIE you would part with? I need somethig defferent to breed to BOATER if I'm going to feed him How is the DOTTY pups looking? I need to get over there and hunt with you and Mark, just seems I never have enough time. Talk at you later TOM

tom

gator looks good,,boss made his first good solid tree other night,,he hates a coon and is not scared to take a hold of one,,love his mouth,,he is loud,,,dropped him three times again couple nights ago by himself and he hunted hard on two of them,,,got deep on one and opened and sounded like he wanted to get treed but eventually hushed and after a while came in,,,gonna cut him tonight and see what happens

Those pictures don't do GATOR justice ,he is a very good looking dog. He's very athaletic, hates a coon as much or more than any pup I have ever had. Has a very good mouth ,not quite as good as BOSS but very good. The only thing I don't like is he is a male, never did like a male dog. Gator catches more on the ground than he trees, very fast track dog.I do have one problem with him, he likes the ranger to much if I get close while he is running he'll come in to see what I am doing. Don't know exactly how to fix that TOM
