The difference is Bush didn't have the opportunity to stop it while the Obama administration knew it was going on, could have sent help and refused to do so.

Then they made up a complete bald faced lie and ran with that for a week. They caused MORE uprisings by mentioning a movie they didn't know anything about. The movie then DID cause demonstrations, but Obama was the cause of it because without thier false story of a "movie" the movie would have stayed where it was, unknown.

That's the difference. Obama sat there and watched those men die (maybe even literally watched them die that remains to be seen) and ordered their help to "stand down".

No comparison.
