I ascertained 25 years ago that the Democrats were controlled by the Liberals. So , No, I did not vote for their frontman Obama , in the last election and I will not vote for him in the upcoming.. My great grandaddy died when he was 106 and the Civil War ended when he was 16. I was 4 when he died. He Was the Solid South voteblock that absolutely hated the party of Lincoln. Mostly because he had vague recollection of the War but a perfected recollection of RECONstruction under the Yankee take over and rationed salt (like Government HealthCare). He died a Democrat. It is the NEW SOUTH that I live in.

Actually it doesn't. Many, many, many times when these statements are traced back it's actually liberals saying them in order to try and censure the other side and paint them in a bad light.

Doesn't mean institutional racism is present (as a matter of fact you could argue institutional reverse descrimination is way more prevalant than descrimination). Just means there are people that say and do stupid things.

Preacher I agree with you most of the time but you are letting emotion get the best of you here. (understandable due to the inflammatory nature of the statement)

See there's a problem with this kind of thinking. We have to tolerate it. No matter how stupid and uncaring the remark is the Constitution of the United States gives him/her the right to say that. In order to keep the integrity of the constitution we have to tolerate things that we don't like and not let emotion or "feelings" rule. I don't like lots of things, but people have the right to do or say them.

It's the EXACT same reason that we have to tolerate Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton and their ilk. Racism is wrong no matter which way it goes and those two are no different than the grand dragon of the KKK. They are in the exact same boat.

If you noticed I condemned the comments too, and you are right in that we don't have to be encouraging of it and we don't have to tolerate it without letting them know our opinion, but we do have to tolerate it just like they have to tolerate us saying it's stupid/wrong whatever. You start legislating speach and it doesn't stop. Next thing you know it will be like the natzi regime where if the rumor that you said something bad about them got out you ended up dead.

UKC does not have to allow it to be on their site, and if I was a betting man I would be that the reason it was posted was to get this thread burned and do away with the video link. That's just my guess.

and i own no cattle and i have 5 acres of land. 5 foot 10, 260 pounds, shaved head. Im voting for whoever is against obama this go round.

i still cant fig out why the shooter was not arrested ON THE SPOT!!!! if it would of been the other way around where the BLACK kid shot him that kid would of been put in handcuffs right away ........................................ pretty sad we live in a world where people are treated poorly because of the color of there skin !!!!!!!! we were all created by god and if he wanted us all too look the same he would of made us that way !!!

Jim, you think that if an eye witness told the police that he was defending himself because one guy was on top of the other bashing his head into the concrete, with a broken nose, busted head and knots on his head screaming for help before he shot him he would be arrested on the spot?

That's the info our media convienently left out. All of that combined with his story is why he wasn't arrested.

I don't think you should automatically arrest people if the evidence supports self defense.

I also don't think you should let them walk if it doesn't.

I wasn't there but the more info that comes out on this now shows that he may actually have been just defending himself.

I hate it for all involved but you don't need to take away the right to defend yourself.

As I have said many times already. If he murdered the kid then I hope he gets the chair.

If he shot him in self defense then I hope he doesn't spend a day in jail and gets his life back (fat chance now cause he was already convicted by intentionally leaving out key pieces of the story and trying him in the media).

LOL so because he was getting his ass kicked its ok too kill a guy, if thats the case there were several fights i was in that i lost the upper hand, so it would of been ok for me too kill the other guy, thats the problem these days a fist fight breaks out and one dumb ass pulls a gun,take your beating and live to see another day like a real man

i sure as heck wouldn't let a thug jump me and do who knows what with my gun. Im sure you wouldn't either. Real easy to sit here and say would should have happened and what the guy should have done but people do crazy thing when their life is on the line.

There is a difference in getting a butt kicking and having your brains bashed out on concrete. One is a fight, the other is attempted murder and you have a right to defend yourself.

But again, we don't know. What we do know is this evidence was intentionally supressed in order to cause people to rush to judgement that he was guilty.

Much like one of the big three networks intentionall edited the 911 call and cut out the dispatchers question, running the older guys sentences together intentionally making him look like race was a motivating factor. They left out the question from the dispatcher which was what does he look like? Is he white, hispanic, black and he answered "he looks black".

They cut out the question so that it appeared he just volunteered that info right after he said "he looks suspicious he's wandering around in the rain, then the question they left out, the next thing you hear is "he looks black" so that it seems the reason he looked suspicious is because he looked black. That wasn't even close to reality. In reality he was only answering a specific question. Didn't stop them from doing that. It was blatantly false but they still ran it. Now there is supposed to be "an internal investigation" by the network. Yeah right.

No there is plenty of info that has been intentionally left out in order to make things look one way.

Nobody knows for sure what happened, but now we will likely never know.

I hope the ones that edited the question out are prosecuted as well. It's wrong to try and frame someone.
