Why would some one kill a 100 coon? I treed 52 coon the first month of season an killed 8. I could understand if they were worth 20 or 25 bucks or even if you needed the money, what little they are worth.

I have heard nothing but good things from hunters that know what a coon dog is . They tell me Joe is reproducing some very nice pups and Danny is real high on his pup out of Joe, thats good enough for me , Danny knows what it takes to win, the first chance I get Iam going to own one. You guys with these good females had better get with it and breed to Joe these pups will have the coons in the trees. By the way you cant find no pups out of him for sale what does that tell you. GOOD LUCK WITH JOE.

I know I harvested around 50 coon this season and local trapper took over 300 of them and few pleasure hunters I'm sure took their share and the population is probably still to thick. Now that season has been out for a couple weeks I'm still treeing coon every where and seeing eyes peaking out every den tree. If we don't help control the population, mother nature will take them by the means of disease due to over population. The last thing I want to see is coon lying dead all over the ground because of distemper, and that happens when populations get to high. I feel a made coondog that is 3yrs or older doesnt need a bunch of coon shoot out to them, but a 2yr old pup or younger, is gone to get every coon they tree all year long!

I know my Joe pup that is only 7months old, is gonna get everyone she trees for quite some time!

sounds like jealousy we need to help keep population right do to rabbies and would you leave a 5 dollar bill laying on the ground at 5 dollars thats still over $ 500.00 if he turned them in that helps with dog food and gas just my opinion

Now any one that knows me would know im not jealous cmon now ,all i was wondering is why some one would go to the trouble of killin that many coon an packin them out for no more than they are worth,just sounds like a lot of work for no more than they are worth is all i was sayin. "jealous" I cant believe you would even think such a thing denny ray. Hell i wish he would have killed 200.

hey thanks for your guys support on the joe pups but iam telling you all that pup is one of the best youn dogs ive seen

there can be a dog treed, fighting a coon or running track and you can turn him back loose and he pays no attintion to any of it and he will get split with a coon well that explains what those 100 coons will do for dog

I've never had such a good handle on a pup at this age as i do on this Joe pup. Extremely well behaved hound. Responds very well to voice commands. Pups with much brains between their ears are very easy to train.

hey dan good luck with your pup its a lot of when you get a good acting pup at a young age i would like to go hunting with her some time ill start hunting hard in a couple of weeks i should be getting that money dog of trever tallmans back to get ready for nationals so mabe i can get out with her
