why didnt they take it to the master of hounds at the time of the question? the master of hounds will go with the judges decision.

If the Master of Hounds uphold the Judge and they see a coon on the last tree, FESTUS will win the hunt. If the Master of Hounds upholds the handler of Lee and they see a coon, Lee will win. Thats per my REDBONE calculator, If they don't see a coon, FESTUS wins.
