can be checked off of a dna sample just parent or grand parents or great grand parents do you know?

Dan I don't know the answer to that but I think you can go back several Generations if you have the DNA data to compare, I know AKC can go back and pull registeration papers 3 or 4 generations, they seem very happy to do it, I think it kinda tweeks their ego.

Hired Gun whats up. I looked at the play by play and the way I see it Jane had 4 first trees with coon seen in 2 of them thats 50% accuracy. Quick dog had only 2 first trees with 2 coons seen 100% accurancy. So if I'm a betting man and there were not any leaves on the trees it would have been more like Jane 0 Quick still at 450+.

I also thought I read she was treed at the end but there was no need to score it.

goes it looks like they never should have registered her with PKC because the papers were good up till then. But I guess after you grand a dog out you have to hunt it in something. jmo

Already told ya, it pays better to hunt someone else's. You don't have to hunt during the week either. Pick him up on Friday, take him back on Sunday.

that wouldn't have fixed anything, her DNA would still be the same.

....DNA was fine for UKC...how can you state parents are false...may be the other reg has DNA that is False on some more hounds, and Quick has the correct DNA....lot's of ways to spin this crap...I say....

Everyone keeps yap'n about this and that and if and onlys. The Quick dog walked away with "everything" and all you hear from the owners of the Quick dog is an answer to a question asked by everyone, "What's the dog out of"!! Don't hear no bragging or come get some of this or anything, to me they must be pretty good folks!!! I'd be happy to hunt with them anytime.
