STICKER

If i wasnt over loaded with pups and a nice young female already i'd own this dog Brandon. Her sister Lexi was the nicest hound i've ever fed and have hunted with SKANK and a brother a hide hunter here in Iowa now owns and they are the same tracking driving get treed and be there till you get there with the rifle type of hounds.

I'll be having more time for coon hunting this fall. A good welcome back to WI with a 181 inch bow buck this week. Perry thought you might enjoy this picture.

the pear legged stag is hatch/rh the yellow leg is rh/kelso

this is a rh/kelso stag... they are deadly

STAGS ARE SURE LOOKIN GOOD

YOU ARE RIGHT, THAT LES IS A BIG UN. I DO NEED TO COME SOUTH AND TAKE IN SOME FUN IN KENTUCKY. MY DAUGHTER LIVES IN LEXINGTON RIGHT NOW SO WOULD WORK WELL FOR ME TO GET THAT WAY. THE YOUNG FOWL ARE LOOKIN GREAT AND THE MOLT FOR THE OLDER BIRDS SUCKS EVERY YEAR. I AM ANXIOUS TO GET SOUTH AND DO THE THINGS THAT IT HAS TO OFFER. THOSE CAT FISH LOOK AWESOME, YOU GUYS SURE LIVE THE GOOD LIFE. TAKE CARE AND WELL BE IN TOUCH. TELL YOUR DAD HEY FOR ME. <v> P.S. I DO LOVE THE SHORT HEELS AND THE ROOSTERS THAT CAN DOMINATE USING THEM.

the hatch stag in the middle is also a lil les hatch, but he is the 1/4 gavlin side... i have em bred both way's 1/4 gavlin and 1/4 blueface.

once again the yl stags are rh/kelso and the white leg it hatch/rh (we call them hatch/rh stags head hunters because the brood cock flew up at dad when he was messing with a hen and hit him square between the eye's... dad said it liked to knocked him out...he had a mark between hit eyes for weeks..lol)

Thanks for the compliment...

did yours have deep long keels? The hens that are 1/3 gavlin are alot deeper keeled than the blueface, and they throw in in their sons...

The blueface have nice football bodies... old timer told me once that deeper keel'd birds were deeper cutting fowl, and the football bodied fowl were normally the fancy fighting multi shuffling type... we will see.

FOOTBALL BODYS/DEEP KEELS

CLAUDE,
OURS WERE THE SAME WAY AND WERE FANCY SHUFFLING DEEP CUTTING COCKS WITH REAL POWER. <v>

BILLY,
SORRY TO HEAR YOU ARE HAVING SUCH TROUBLE WITH YOUR DOG PAPERS. WHO CHEATED TO WIN THE WORLD HUNT? I KNOW STRETCH WAS IN ON SOME BOGUS CRAP IN AN AKC HUNT,WAS BARRED FROM 2 KC'S AND FIRED FROM HIS JOB FOR WHAT HE DONE. DOUBT HE HAD A CHANCE TO PULL ANYTHING IN THE WORLD HUNT WITH THE WAY IT IS JUDGED, BUT THEN MAYBE YOU ARE SPEAKING OF ANOTHER SITUATION.<v>

"Sticker" is from the Spit x Sage cross. Believe the only other female alive from that cross is "Skank" down in Florida.

Wish I didn't have to put tires on my truck, I'd give her a try!!

This is the the pure grey stag we selected to be our next brood cock... he will be fresh 2 yo this year, gotta prove himself in the show ring first...

He's a monster though, It'll take a good en to get the best of him.

I think he will....

If not we'll just have to pick a stag from this years crop to fill his place...

they're good honest chickens though... just hard to raise pure...

Hoping that Bentley and I can try a comp hunt this weekend. From what I've seen, if he doesn't make it in the hunts, he sure will wear a skinning knife out!!!
