sounds like ole smoke is doing his job in the stud pen, It gives you a great deal of confidence and a renewing inside when what you have worked hard for turns out and starts proving to be Reproducer of nice young dogs , congrats on Smoke and his accomplishments in the woods and in the stud pen......Gerald

You are taxing my brain trying to think who that might have been!!!!!haha
Tim, thanks for the advice and the chance to own Smoke. We started out a little rocky but after a good solid kill season he showed what he was made of. By the way, that same person also said one time, that Smoke still has something to show in the hunts. Pretty good call so far and he isn't done yet.
Just need more money and more time off from work.haha

It was pretty easy to tell what kind of hound he would make, all he needed was some one on one time in the woods. People need to take advantage of what he has to offer before it is to late. People will be able to see what I am talking about in a few years..........Tim

Thanks Guys

for your confidence in Smoke.
We have some 10 month old pups out of Smoke that are turning some heads here at home. They are showing good independence and that special drive to put a coon up. Pretty nice tree dogs too. Hope we can put them in some hunts this fall.
Timmy and I are trying to hunt as hard as we can every night getting ready for the Zone hunt in Flora. Both dogs (Smoke and Robin) are looking good. Been throwing in a Smoke pup on a turn out or two each night also. Guess we will see how prepared we are next weekend. Good luck to everybody at the Zones.

Yep, Timmy and I have hit the timber every night. Last night we hunted together and made some good dumps. Most nights we split up and hunt each one by their selves.

Robin is the one that needed it the most. She just came out of heat two weeks ago so we are adjusting the HORMONE thing. She is looking good to go again. I hate the week before she comes in heat and about two weeks after she goes out. She is getting it done right each night and really driveing a track and then BAM Tree Robin!!haha Might need ole Scott Jenkins to bring Charlie up to hunt with her.

Smoke is just Smoke, turn him loose and Bam tree Smoke!

Don't believe you'll draw a hound that Smoke can't beat. Luck will need to be in your camp. One can't beat luck if they find their coon and you have a den tree. Have a safe trip and Smoke may create his own luck.

We got close won our cast but were 25 point from the cutoff. smoke and i couldnt catch a brake this weekend. he treed a coon 3 min after hunt was over. and of course that one was in plain sight. fri night i was winnin my cast until the end. smoke was treed by himself with a circle and they treed bnt female a mile opposite direction with two min left in the hunt. she had a coon in a fence row. Kind of a long drive home after gettin close.
