THANKS IT WAS A GOOD VACATION AND WE ALL ENJOYED THE SOCCER TOURNAMENTS. I REALLY ENJOY WATCHING THE DIFFERENT TEAMS. SOME OF THOSE YOUNG KIDS ARE REALLY TALENTED. AS FOR PHOTO BUCKET IF THEY CHARGE THEY CAN FORGET ME.!!!!!! ANYONE FIND A GOOD SUBSTITUTE.??

Good luck with ur remodeling project, Dan.

My friend just posted on FB, that someone killed 2 rattlesnakes not too far from her house. Some of my friends saw them riding this yr, but we ride 2 places where they are known to be. Wish more people would hunt them....think its stupid to have them protected.

My fisher is done. We stopped to pick him up on the way home from grocery shopping, but it started raining hard so we didn't get him. Chuck saw him when he went in to tell the taxidermist he'd get it tomorrow. He said it looks nice. Still have my buck and a bobcat to get back, hope he takes his time or I'm gonna miss some casino time.

HOPE WE CAN GET A PIC WHEN YOU GET THE FISHER. I HAVE A GOOSE THAT HAS BEEN AT THE TAXIDERMISTS FOR 2.5 YEARS AND TWO WOOD DUCKS FOR A YEAR. HE HAD TWO MOVE HIS SHOP WHEN HE SPLIT WITH HIS WIFE. THE PLACE BELONGED TO HER FAMILY. HOPEFULLY ANYTIME.

The taxidermist had my fisher over a yr and a half. I was starting to wonder if something happened to it. Yrs ago, a taxidermist went through a divorce or bankruptcy (probably one leads to the other sometimes) and he just left. Anyone that had anything (including Chuck's Uncle's bear) there lost it.
Gotta call a gal about a horse. Hope everyone has a good wkend.

RAIN HERE TODAY.

WENT AND SHOT SPORTING CLAYS WITH A GROUP OF GUYS YESTERDAY. HAD A GREAT TIME. SHOT BETTER THIS TIME . IN JUNE WE SHOT THEM AND I USED MY BERETTA A300 FOR THE FIRST TIME. BUT I WILL TELL YA I STILL HAVE A LOT OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. WE SHOT 100 ROUNDS EACH. ITS 10.00 FOR 50 TARGETS. WE TAKE OUR OWN SHELLS. I HAD FEDERAL TARGET LOADS, WALMART HAD THEM 100 ROUNDS FOR 20.00. NOT A BAD DAY. GLAD THEY ONLY WANT TO DO IT ONCE A MONTH. ABOUT A 50.00 DAY.

Corky, How's Charlie Brown? Where we hung the fisher, its between 2 windows and I couldn't get a decent picture of it. I never figured out how to get a picture on here. Think its harder using a cellphone to post pictures...don't have or want a computer. The taxidermist posted a nice picture of it on FB. A friend of mine shared it from his pg, as soon as I saw it, I figured it was mine.

Rob, doesn't ur shoulder get sore shooting that much?

Gonna head to the garden to look for cukes.

YES AFTER 100 ROUNDS I CAN FEEL IT. BUT THE HIGHER END SEMI AUTOS HAVE GOOD RECOIL REDUCTION. WHEN I WAS YOUNGER WE USED TO SHOOT IN 40 YD TARGET MATCHES WITH SHOTGUNS ( TURKEY SHOOTS ). I USED A MODEL 10 REMINGTON THAT HAS BEEN BACK BORED. THATS THE CHAMBER BORED OUT TO ALLOW FOR GAS TO ESCAPE OR A MODEL 12 WINCHESTER THAT IS SLEEVED IN THE CHOKE. WE AVERAGED THREE DAYS A WEEK SHOOTING TWO BOXES WITH EACH GUN. MY SHOULDER WAS SWELLED UP. MY MOM MADE ME QUIT SHOOYING UNTIL IT GOT BETTER.
