Had Darrell Brown and Randey Selby here last night for a hunt and I mean it poured down all night wind blowing,...hunted till 4 something in the am...My dogs looked real (bad)//must be fare weather dogs I guess...Darrell lost his glasses...Well we had a good time anyhow so thats all that matters...hope to do it again in better weather.......................Larry

Hello Larry, I have never had the pleasure of hunting with Darrel Brown, but have had the pleasure of hunting with Randy Selby. That Randy is one tough dude, LOL. He will keep turning loose till the sun comes up, (and then some) if he can.

Too bad the weather didn't cooperate, but I'm sure it was still a lot of fun.

Enjoy this time of the year, it is my favorite also.

LARRY, GYPSY SPLIT 2 TIMES LAST NIGHT FROM BO.ONCE 500 YARDS AND THE OTHER 900 YARDS. HE HAD COONS IN BOTH TREES AND SHE HAD A DEN AND A BIG BOAR. SHE'S UNLIKE ANY 13 MONTH OLD PUP I EVER HUNTED. SHE'S VERY INDEPENDENT, VERY ACCURATE AND GETTING BETTER ALL THE TIME. TAE BO IS FOR SURE A REPRODUCER OF SURE ENOUGH COON HOUNDS!!

Sat. Oct 20th What a hunt best so far this year with the rain and wind ending....Dennis Steinhauser from Neb. here we hunted till 11pm got 5 with my Smoke pup splitting on 2 (8) months old..then Randy Selby and Darrell Brown comming in at midnight and we treed 5 more....10 coons in all 8 singles and a double...Smoke treeing the last split and the biggest coon so far...I'm sure proud of him...........Larry

Thanks Guys for all the msgs. and pm's...I have lived my life for and with these english hounds and I know no one man can do it alone.. It takes all of us working together..Your time and work have made the Thunder hounds what they are today.......Larry

Looking good Randall,,,,Smoke took us deep in the swamp last night and got covered with burdocks...weather turned hot and coon not moving..going to drop 30 degrees tomorrow....strange weather

5 month old out of Gun(PR. GUN'S BLAZING BULLET)

Hey Larry this is a pup out of gun&domino who is directly out of RockyII that we just bought last weekend. Last night we were just taking him for a walk in the woods to get him use to the dark and he actually treed a wild coon by himself with no help. He was about 40 yards from us and started trailing around and opened up. He went down the ridge about 60 yards and stood up on a tree and went nuts. So I walked over and looked up and saw a coon looking back at me. I was very shocked to see a 5 month old pup that is this green do it so natural. I can't wait to get him back in the woods tonight. Here is a video of him
