Me to! Don't get me wrong I like hunting with a good finished hound, but heart is training pups and young dogs. Nothing in the world like seeing a pup tree it's first coon on it's own!

No I sure wanted to go as it was quite a bit cooler here last night than Friday night, had to pamper the wife and take her out to eat, you know you have to do that every now and then, I know a person as the old saying goes is just wishing their life away but I'm ready for cooler weather and some of these leaves to start droping were you can see where your shining the tree!

She probably weighs around 50 pounds maybe a little more best as I can remember, she has a bawl chop on tree but mostly bawl, Amos has the real fast chop and loud ! Talked your wife into that pup yet ? LOL

Not yet! Lol she's a hard one. I should have a pup coming from that big time Albert gyp I bred to when I get home. Plus I have 2 maybe 3 more breedings set up on pup deals. She's already Leary bout if I'm going to sell them! LOl

Fair amout of Uchtman breeding in this young hound

At some point in the future I will most likely bred Zeus to couple females. At least one will be an out cross. I'm in no hurry to bred him. Plans before Zeus was even born was he would be used as a Stud for my personal use to help carry on this stock of hounds. That was provided he turned out in the woods, which he has turned out well in the woods. Zeus was never trained with scents or caged coon. He was taken straight from the pen to the woods at 6 months old. On the 3rd night in the woods he treed his own coon in below freezing temps on ice cover ground and has been treeing coon ever since. He is 2 years old now.Zeus was from a litter of 3. One was dead at birth and one was laid on and killed at just a few days old. So, Zeus is the only one from this cross. And his mother has since died.

If traced on back , pedigree would show Uctman's Rebel at least 13 times.
