Joey/Gauge
Wanted to thank Joey for taking Robbie and Myself hunting with Gauge. Gauge is a real Tree dog for the ones that have not seen him go. We went hunting and when we got back I got real sick at my stomach and thought I was going to die before we got home. We left the next morning and every 50 miles Robbie had to stop for me to go to the bathroom. Had planned to stay until Tuesday but when I got sick that went out the door. It was a bad trip on the way home for sure. Never had the flu all winter and went to MO. to get sick. Thanks again Joey for taking us hunting. Dave.

Yes I did. Hunt with a nice female. She was a real hard tree dog. I don't recall her name. Joey will have to help me there. She was a small built female. Dave

Harvey is doing well last I heard he had some bad breaks on his casts at Bluetick days unfortunatly.
I see you are hunting a walker now! !;(
Ol Banker is up here in the North country w Erik again,
Gauge is in MO with Joey Crigler for a while. I have 2 nice young males here out of him, with my schedule as of late that is more than enough.

Wendall McCool finished Tommy-Hawk to a CHNITECH lat week with his 3rd Best of Show.
Congrats and if there ever was Dual Grand material he is it!!

I appreciate you keeping me posted on his progress and although I struggled with selling him I know I made the right choice as you are giving him the ride to town he needed!!!

No problem! I know you'll use the boot leather to see what she's gonna be and I think it will be somethin special. Only regret I have is not enough time to do anything with her myself. But I'm glad you ended up with her! I like what I've seen out of her in the the little bit ive had her in the woods. BIG HEART and DRIVE for her experience level. Good luck with her!

Litter mates out of gauge and alimony won two state youth shows yesterday. Shawn Flynn with doc Hudson won pa state youth overall show and Andrew Hawkins with deja vu won Rhode Island state youth!

my bell female had pups last night she has 5 nice ones she is out of hillbilly and lady. she made nt ch at 7 years old i put the last 2 wins on her in 3 hunts. she is a hard going tough hound that will put you under a coon and will most of the time be by her self. these should be some good ones.

Update on Rage

Rage here in NE Kansas, has finally been put in some hunts. He has two passes out of three tries towards his HTX title. The last one he was in, he treed 3 singles in the hour with no faults.
At a Redbone sectional in Valley Falls on Saturday, he won the open division with 675+ 150 circle on three coons scored. He was handled by my 13 year old son, Andrew. That was the high score of the hunt. Hopefully he will continue on a roll and finish out to Nite Ch soon. Older picture so you can see what he looks like..

THEY HAVE BEEN HAULED, BROKE TO TIE AND WE FOOL WITH THEM DAILY. LETTING THEM MATURE SOME BEFORE SEEING A COON OR GETTING WORKED ON THE BENCH MUCH. JUST LETTING THEM BE PUPPIES FOR RIGHT NOW. <v>

Another quick note, Rage finished his HTX degree last Saturday. Treed two coon on two turnouts. No faults, just did everything he was supposed to... Thanks
