Sorry to hear about Yetti. That means that there are only 2 pups left from that cross and both are "TREE-DOGS". If every thing works out right we may be able to make the cross again in April.........Tim

We'll excited and ready for the weekend, I'll be headed to Mo. To take a pup to Paul and do some hunting, Corey Robins and some of the gang will be there as we'll with his Hana female off of smoke, hope to get see her go, should be fun, and as always I'll pull in with my boots pulled up high, it usually gets deep lol.....Gerald

Hunt

Had a great hunt in MO. At our home base MadDog kennels, hunted with some great guys and nice dogs, always look forward and might add look for any excuse I can manufacture to head that way and fellowship, eat, blow a little smoke and hunt a bit to, memories that will last a life time, it just doesn't get any better.....Gerald

Tim it cold with ice covering the trees, roads aren't to bad though, hunting a little, but not gone lie, it's harder every birthday to get out the warm recliner when it's cold, Dee Dee and I do just fine kicked back in front of the tv, of coarse that don't keep the hounds tuned up, keep warm, talk to ya later ....Gerald

Ruger, was my daughters boy friends as a puppy, I took him to the woods his first trip at 6 months old just to let him run around right at dark, he disappeared and struck and ran a coon 300 yards and treed like he had been doing it 10 years, he was not hunted for almost a year after that he put him in 4 hunts to which he if he would have had a handler that knew how to call in a hunt he would have won three of them, he hasn't been hunted right since he was born, if I didn't have a young dog to work with I would have snatched him up, keep me posted on him though, you never know, he will need some work and patience, but he has the tools to be a top one..... Gerald
