The next few days should prove to be very interesting. Later on today Jimmie Yawn and I will meet up off I-75 as he makes his way back home to Florida. Early next week there is a chance I'll get to visit with Ed for a little while and we usually do some catching up on family and dogs. Hunt this weekend in Roberta and the BBCHA hunt there the next weekend on the 16th. Going to try to work in a hunt with Lucy and Jamie Snider tonight. She recently placed in a RQE. Lucy is out of Big Boy X Terri. They are both from 6 Again. She should be earning that Night Champion title real soon. John -loved the videos you posted, that is one good lookin dog out of ole Buzz. He reminds me of Becky on the tree. My hard drive fried again so I haven't been on here much lately. Enjoy seeing the post by all of you. Rejet's got another litter on the ground and there is Junior, Buzzard, Big Boy and some other males out there from 6 Again that are throwing pups that are treeing coons. And that is just the males-those females from 6 Again just may be better than their brothers. Best of luck to everybody.

hey cw glad to hear from you again!!! thamks for the compliments on buzz. i really like ole lonesome he has some flaws but overall very nice he was 2 in october

Three dogs out of 6 Again

Buzz, Junior and Reject are all out of 6 Again. If any of you are considering breeding to something out of him you could start your search right here with these three. This is something Ed and I predicted. For a dog that was with us only a short time-he sure left his mark.

c.w. i dont think i could have gotten a better pup reproducer than ole buzz his pups are nice and im sure junior and rejets are too!!!!6 again musta been purty nice? cant wait to get these penny and buzz pups in the woods!!!i talked to gary he has a rejet pup he really likes also!!

Lucy and Jamie!

Congratulations to Jamie Snyder and Snyder's I Love Lucy. At the BBCHA Old Fashioned Bluetick Get Together this past weekend in Roberta, Ga. Jamie and Lucy combined to win Queen of Hunt. She was also 1st pace registered and her score earned her high scoring dog of the hunt. Not to shabby for a 19 month old female. Lucy is double 6 Again bred and I have mentioned her and Jamie on here before when she recently qualified in a RQE-so these two have been on a bit of a winning streak. Lucy's sire is Gr Ch Nt Ch Blue Bio 6 Again's Big Boy (6 Again X Nt Ch Notchaway Blue Ticker) Lucy's dam is Blue Bio Terri Took'er (6 Again X Gr Nt Ch Tucker's Hilltop Blue Joanie) With Lucy's place at a BBOA Zone 6 event in 2012 she is knocking the door down towards her night champion degree. Best of luck to Jamie and Lucy! Side note-good hearing from people with pups from the Rejet X Hope cross-please keep me posted good or bad. These pups are 8 months old. Bobby Carter and I hunted mine last night. I was carried coon hunting at about the age of 5 and I will be 62 this year. Last night rates up there with the very best of them-hard to go to sleep-be still my foolish heart. I have told Ed this pup acts exactly like 6 Again and has from the momment he set foot on this place.

John the pup is from Rejet and Hope. Ed picked mine out and he is now taking all the credit for him lol. Lance who has Hope at his house has one. Cole and Gary have mentioned theirs on here. The pups I know about are in Mich., Mo., Ky. and Ga. Anyone else out with there with one please let me know about yours. Eric Werry where are you? Jamie Snider checked with UKC and his Lucy female has a 5th in a BBOA hunt, 4th in an RQE (credit for a 3rd place) and the 1st she won Saturday night. Next cast win will earn her Night Champion degree. Kevin good to see you making these post and pondering which future cross(s) you will be making. Pups from Junior, Buzzard, Big Boy and Rejet are all showing up. All Night Champion males out of 6 Again. John knowing what you want and the ability to recognize that potential talent in a pup are the keys to getting to the top of the mountain. We should all benefit from the efforts of others when it comes to these hounds. Good luck and let me hear from you and that is plural.

Who owns Rejet, and what is he out of? Who has the pup in MO out of Rejet and Hope? Sounds like 6 again must have been a heck of a reproducer. Too bad he didn't live until he was 12!

One of my biggest regrets was not breeding my Bess(littermate to Sevens mother) to Jet 6. I had a solid cross out of Smokey River Dancer going and she got older faster than I thought she would. Had the name change rules been in effect back then I would have given her back to Ed when she still had several litters left in her. That could have put some more dogs out there with virtually identical pedigrees to Jet Seven(Yarbrough and Heyde would have been the only difference on the papers). As well as my Bess reproduced out of Jet V and S. R. Dancer, and as good as Seven's litter was I would have been shocked if Jet 6 x My Bess wasn't a super cross.

Just looked at Blue Buzzards pedigree. Finally making the connection that 6 again was actually a 3/4 brother to Jet Seven.... just missing the Bess II blood on the bottom of the pedigree.

Roho-give me a call 478 361 7703. The mother of Shorty was out of a littermate to Jet 6 and Shorty's sire was Jet 6. Ticker was a littermate to Jet 8. Shorty II was out of Shorty and Sky. Sky and Flower were littermates. I would like to know about your female, in fact I would prefer to hunt with you and her-your place or mine, either would be fine. Big Boy as you know is out of 6 Again X Ticker. Rejet is here and he is out of 6 Again X Joanie. You are welcome to hunt with pups from both of them. When is she due in again? We can find a way to make it happen-look forward to talking with you. Oh Keven as far as 6 Again missing anything-most of us that hunted with him did not think he was "missing" anything at all!! LOL.

I love accounts like this! My dad was a P51 fighter pilot in WWII. He was within 2 weeks of seeing dog fights, but the war ended. He ended up getting a medal of bravery as an MP in Arizona. He went into a burning house and dragged out an elderly couple that survived the ordeal. Dad never talked much about it and I wish he would have. Didn't even know about the medal until after he was gone and it was embedded on his tombstone.

My uncle spent 2 years in fox holes in Europe, many of the guys lost their feet in the winter....he was lucky. My uncle was also one of the soldiers that rescued people from several of the concentration camps. There are alot of holocaust deniers out there that claim it was a right wing consipracy to get us in to WWII. In fact almost every teacher I talk to say that their college professors here in small town MO colleges even preach that they think it was all a lie...holocaust never happened. When I mentioned this to my uncle he got tears in his eyes and said that he could still smell the rotting bodies....he said dead humans don't smell like dead animals.

..... one of the best **** "shoot from the hip" rifle shooters I have ever seen! Didn't matter if the coon was 70 foot up monster MI hardwood, he could drop em out with a single shot from his 22.... shootin from the hip. ;-)
