He just turned 5 and it has been a while since I looked at his papers ,since he belongs to a friend , but he has Guy Ormison stuff on his bottom side.

Oh ok....I remember when Guy came down to make the cross. It was completely flooded and I'm not at all exaggerating! It was in June I think and about 90+ degrees at dark with at least that percentage in humidity and we had trouble getting her and Bullet II hooked up.

So Guy came up with an idea to go for a hunt while Bullet II rested up. I tried telling him everything was under water but he was adamant about going. LOL The first creek crossing we came to on a dirt road looked like the Mississippi River, so we regrouped and drove about 30 miles north into some sand hills and popped a few coon up like popcorn. We made it back around 2 in the morning and sure enough Bullet II got the job done within seconds.lol

Please keep me posted on Speck, and maybe we could meet sometime and take a hunt with him.

at this point I can say ugly will be above average on the ground, independent and quick on the wood (havent seen her jackin or any bad treeing habits yet). She has a VERY good mouth when she uses it but most of the time I hear her just whine or squall, im thinking she may have wore a bark collar most of her life cause she is a little wild acting at home but just when I first pull up, when she does bawl/use her hound mouth it is extreamly impressive lol. shes built like snowman but not as tall. that is about all i can yell you at this point.

Sounds like you have a project on your hands Tom. I like the way she is bred and she should be a good female to do some outcrossing with if she makes the right kind.

Just an update on Speck, he got in at the Pro hunt in Mcalester, but didn't fare to well in the semifinals. Maybe next time he will make it to the finals. He sure is alot of fun to hunt.

Well congrats on the success you did have bud. Lets try to go for a hunt on a weekend you arent comp hunting. I would like to hunt with him.

I'm glad he's working for you. I remember when Lexus was born at the house. I didn't think Crazy was going to have any pups, then two weeks after her due date she had one big female. I was lucky nothing happened to either of them. That looks like a good cross your Bullet dog is out of.
