This was last night. had (2) in this tree.

Night before last a friends dogs treed a Sow and a Cub. Momma was not happy. she was only about 12ft above my head snapping at me. Here is a pic of her cub.

CH "PR" Wide Open Lil Blue Daisy

Got her first win towards grand on the bench last night with my brother handling her, she beat my Gypsy dog and a black and tan. Now I just gotta get her treein coon a little more consistent and she'll be a nice little hound.

We had Dandy and Ruby out tonight. They treed together, but Dandy treed on a hollow broken off tree and Ruby treed on a tree at the top of the the broken one Dandy was on. We didn't see anything on either. We got them out of there and Ruby treed again on a white pine...couldn't find anything in it either 😞 Decided to call it a night. As we were walking out, Chuck was shining on some of the trees an spotted eyes in one. He said it was the first one Ruby treed on so we let them loose again and they both treed on it.

My brother and his daughters at the show Saturday. We don't see them much but when we do we try to get them as much time with the dogs as possible. They love doing the kids shows.

Took Dandy and Ruby out tonight. They treed twice, but on a huge hemlock and another tree with a ton of leaves. Chuck walked to the 2nd tree, I drove because I wanted to get to the black top before they did. They treed about 100' before it. When Chuck came, he said u won't believe what I saw. I guessed a bear or bobcat. He told me he saw a fawn that didn't look like it was more than a wk old! He walked right up on it. He's still talking about it...he can't believe how small it was, doesn't think it will live through the winter.

Ruby was whining because were not taking them out tonight. They have 2 nights off. Season starts here on Saturday. We only saw one out of the last 4 or 5 trees because they've been in pines or trees with alot of leaves. The 30 mph wind gusts should have got some of the leaves off today.
