This is Ed Bridges Missy female. She is off Albert 3 and goes back to Smiley's Levi, Pop a Top and Little Bit on the bottom. Ed is breeding her to Brummy when she comes in and I'm going to hunt her in some hunts until then. I made one drop with her tonight and she did a real nice job. Went big hunting, got struck and got treed with a coon. Good mouth, excellent locate and a nice on the wood tree dog. I'm excited abut hunting her.

That's the goal. I'm going to hunt her a couple of more times this week before I take her to the BBCHA sectional at Roberta Saturday night. I sure liked what I saw on one dump last night. She operated just like Ed said she does.

She's a belly rubbing tree dog from what I can tell. She stayed treed for about 30 minutes while we drove around and then walked 900 yards to her. I didn't have any problem at all hearing her at .6 a mile when she loaded up on it either.

I cut Missy down a creek off a dirt road last night by herself. She kicked dirt in my face and was gone. Watching her on the Garmin she hunted like I like them to. She criss crossed back and forth across the creek but moved on out at a steady pace. About 5 minutes after I cut her she threw 3 big locates and treed at 343 yards. I sat on the tailgate and listened to her for 15 minutes before I went to her. She had the coon. In 2 nights of hunting I really like her. Seems to go hunting good, has a good mouth and is a real nice on the wood tree dog.

I have been doing some research on shipping chilled semen the last couple of days. I've decided to offer it if anybody wants to go that route. I can have the container and the collection kit at my house next day.

Well let me say this, I wouldn't have a blue dog if you gave it to me, I'm a walker man tried and true. I guided brummy both nights this winter classic and I saw him get struck and work a track in a clearcut that he had to swim in in places but 1 he and 50 minutes later I saw a coon in a tree and brummy worked that track about 3/4 of a mile. On sat night I saw put up a 1st and 1st on a red hot track. Needless to say brummy can eat pnut butter and jelly sandwiches at my house anyday. Good luck with him clyde he is an awsome dog.

I was getting pretty ill with him Friday night for not really driving the track until we walked down in there to his tree and saw he was swimming a lot of the time. That was a rough swamp.

Last night I hunted Missy and Brummy together for the first time. First dump I cut them down a creek where Brummy struck and treed in one breath at 300 yards. Missy went on past him a little piece and struck and went on down the creek about 100 yards and treed. We got to Brummy's tree and he had a big coon laid up in a fork. Went to Missy and she had a big den. Neither had any idea what pressure was.

We walked back to the road and sent them up the creek, they were about 900 yards when they split off on a finger creek kind of heading back toward us. At 700 yards Brummy located and treed with Missy backing him quick. They had a coon there.

We're heading to Roberta for the BBCHA Sectional here in a little while. I'm hunting Missy and if Curt can make it in time he's going to hunt Brummy. I reckon I'm going to show Brummy and Missy. This should be interesting!

I'm not sure if Tony is coming or not. I had planned to hunt Brummy but wasn't sure if there would be any more Grand Nights and then Ed asked me to hunt Missy so I told him I would. Doesn't look like Curt is going to be able to get away in time. Hope your pups make their arrival soon. Let me know how many she has!

Well we didn't tree a coon. Made a den and a slick. Coons weren't stirring very good where our guide took us. We had a good time anyway hanging out with some good Bluetickers.

I am proud to announce that I now own half of Missy. Ed Bridges and myself have big plans for her. She should finish quick.
