I took a dog one night that wouldn’t hunt by herself. Took her home after five or ten minutes. Next night took her again and she wouldn’t hunt. Took her home after about two minutes. Next night I took her and she took off and went hunting. Truth be told a lot of dogs won’t hunt, or won’t hunt right, by themselves at first no matter how good they look with other dogs.
