Oh my goodness, we don't have to wait until this Spring, Trump and Jared's young hound, Banks both got cast wins at Winter Classic this past weekend. I got to pleasure hunt with Trump again on Thursday night and I got to hunt Banks in the hunt. They are both nice young hounds that are going to do a lot of winning.

I heard last night that Justin Hadden has a nice young prospect that he is slowly but surely getting ready for National Redbone days.

Oh my goodness, here is one of Bank's littermates. He belongs to Cody Camphysun.

Adam, you are becoming a professional photographer. Who is going to handle The Kid at Redbone Days?

Thanks. I can’t afford a real handler so I’ll have to step up I guess.

Oh my goodness, isn't anyone hunting their young dogs now? Or is everyone just keeping quiet about it? Here is one of Bella"s 7 mos old pups.

Project

Boy do I sure have a project . Nice lil female off my recent litter . Got a good nose and went 1000 yrds with her momma last night then got off by herself and trailed her way back to where we dropped in at . Caught her up trailing a possum just ahead of her . Not bad for 3 month's old .

Can a 7 mos old pup be a bug eyed tree dog?

I thought he was born at his house

He was. Banks is out of Fancy. Fancy was sired by Boone. Jared started, trained, hunted Boone. Then started, trained and hunted Fancy. Then Jared raised, started and trained Banks. Maybe that is the way to get a good one.

I'm still pounding on mine and Jesse's...well, best I can, been rough around here lately but I always keep em in the woods, I can't sleep if one is in the kennel...and I can't sleep if one ain't in the kennel. So, we keep em flipped.

Sounds to me like you should adopt Jared.

Jared's dad has adopted me. I am his big brother.

Oh my goodness, I guess that Spring is officially here. Banks got his picture made and won $300 last night.
