On 2 CW Sat. Good to see you Fri. night at call out time, but never bumped into you Sat. Had same thing happen to me Fri. night. Plott dog trees 30 sec. before hunt was over to win, Freak trees 2 min. after hunt was over to lose. Take care down the road, Ron.

GOOSE

Goose went 2 for 2 last night. First coon was a lay up at 350yds. The 2nd coon was .75 in the middle of a flooded swamp!! He is fun to hunt. If you need a weight loss program, I can hook you up with the SBK GOOSE workout system. You get lots of cardio!!

Hank

Hank went 2 for 2 last night to, went to the mountains on the first drop, struck and went about 450 yrds., made a big loop came back to within about 250, had a big den, we could see his tail hanging out of the hole. 2nd drop we were near a swamp, went about 350 yrds., located and hammered a tree, we got to him, he had the meat, we rolled it out to him, had a real good hunt !!

Hank is Spanky's brother and is a nice hound. Grant needs to get him in the hunts. Im getting pearl back Friday night so the cross will be made again!!!

SPARKS BLUE HANK

Hank is owned by my partner on Goose , Keith Sparks and his son Grant. Hank is a littermate to the Spanky dog Ryan and I own. Hank is making a sure fire coondog. He went 2 for 2 last night. Im sure Hank and Grant will be making some waves at the hunts this year!!

I sure appreciate all the inquiries and compliments on Goose. He is a pleasure to hunt but better be sure you go on your walking boots if coons aren't moving lol !!

HUNT

Hunt
I took Goose up to the club Friday night to our slam event. It was a 1 hour hunt and I drew 2 walkers. Took 2nd strike on first drop and Goose went right and 2 walkers went left. Walkers both treed together and Goose loaded up right handed. I handled Goose and we headed to walkers. Male left and drew minus and gyp had a coon. Male split treed 150 yds on up bottom so we headed on to him. He was slick and drew minus both ways. We got to Goose and I found his coon pretty quick. We moved and recut. Walker gyp struck and opened 3 times and hushed. 8 caught her and she soon opened again and he struck her again. Goose opened left handed on the creek and struck in for 75. Goose soon loaded up and I treed him. We headed to him and the gyp treed deeper. Goose had a coon again and we leashed him and got to the gyp and she had a coon as well. Goose won cast with 400+ in an hour. Gone try to get 3 more cast wins on him for the tournament of champions. Y'all Keep'em Lookin' Up!!

GOOSE

We have been hunting some. Finally getting my ranger out of the shop today. It blew a head gasket at the winter classic and ended up with a cracked head. Had to purchase new heads for it and hopefully it is ready to roll. I bred Goose to my Pearls gyp this week. Pearls is the mother to our Spanky dog and to Keith and Grants Hank dog. Hopefully she has several pups as this was a good cross originally made by Keith. I will be hitting it hard this week if the weather allows. Y'all Keep'em Lookin' Up!!

GOOSE

I bred my Pearl female to Goose last week 3 times so I hope we get it done. Pearl is getting some age on her but wanted to try again as the first cross was outstanding. Our Spanky dog is from this cross so hopefully we get some more pups. I also bred Cotton's full littermate sister to Goose. She is a coondog. Doubling up on old Rambo II and lots of old Albert, Hindmans Broad Axe blue Max and other great reproducers.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Yes keith it has been a little while since ole shine and jake were on the circuit. I still have a ntch female that is a great grandppup of shine and a grandpup of ole Frosty. Ive got a pup out of her and Goose that is a natural. I'm excited about him.
Darren if I can get some more on the ground, I'll let you know.
