I don't have his up to date papers but as of 11-14-17 he had 63 pups on the ground. Out of those pups there were three litters born while Ritchie McDonald owned him so they are still young. He has had 3 females have pups out of him since Craig Cooper got him and they are all under six months of age. There are a couple of dogs in Texas that are supposed to be really nice that were bred when Wesley Martin still owned Mr Blue. Bruce Conkey hunted with a dog out of Mr. Blue and Ritchie's Kate II female and had really good things to say about the dog. Craig has also heard of a couple young dogs out of Mr. Blue that can't be bought. With Mr. Blue's pedigree, the style of dog that he is, what his littermates and ancestors have reproduced, I have no doubt that Mr. Blue will produce some fine hounds if quality females are brought to him and he's given the chance.

That's great Wesley. We had another Nt Ch female brought in from WV here recently and got her bred to Mr. Blue. That should be another great cross on him. I'm sure as more of his pups get some age on them we will be hearing about more winners out of him.

Hope everything is going well with Mr. Blue. As I had said last year I want to breed my Creek female to him this year. This will be an Uncle/Niece cross that could produce some nice ones. She may be coming into heat early in 2018 and I will see if the timing works out or I will breed her in the summer.
Will Mr. Blue be up in Ohio or down in N.C. this year?

Myself and Craig would like to thank everyone who has already bred to Mr. Blue, are planning on breeding to him in the future, and have inquired about him. I have good feeling about the crosses that have been made and the upcoming crosses that will be made.

Layla came in heat and she was bred to Mr. Blue Dec 27th. At her age it is a little risky but I am hoping and praying for the best.
