I had a friend that had a male out of Stylish Coma x daughter of Sackett Jr.(Sackett Jr. x daughter of High Style) back about 2005 that was the real deal!
That son of a gun had a mouth,deadly accurate and look like a Preacher colored dog,he got coonhound paralisis, was down for 3 weeks and never was the same after that....
I didn't know about the thyroid thing back then, but he acted like he just did not care anymore,maybe that was his problem.

One of the best dogs I have had was off High Style and Roaches Dutches. He looked like Style in the face but was more white, Bawl mouth treedog

not any of the ones i have and none of the ones i have seen videos of. Mine are bawl on track, chop on tree. I had 2 that were chop mouth all the way. Just like any bloodline the more breedings you add to a pedigree the more their traits change from the origanal breeding, so there may be some out there that is bawl on tree i just haven't seen it yet.

I had a littermate to High Styles mama. Her name was Ruby. I got her from Charley Rotenberry when she was old to hunt puppies with. We had a lot of fun with that old female until she died. She would tree every coon around, plus an occasional possum. I’d love to have another one just like her.

Here’s another rodeo story with Bobby Trainum. We went to Ashland to hunt with Bobby one night. He looked at me and said I’m gonna put you on this horse and I’ll ride this mule. After hunting/riding for about an hour, my horse was calm and doing great. Bobby’s mule was acting a fool. I finally talked him into swapping rides. He said that he didn’t want for me to get hurt. I let him know that I could ride and handle my own. I got on the mule and Bobby got on the horse. In just a few minutes, my mule was calm & Bobby’s horse was acting a fool. I came to the conclusion that the only problem that Bobby had was between his own ears. I do agree with the above statement. All of the glory should go to Buddy Martin & JP Langham.
