Cory Carlson and Jet II

Saturday night Cory Carlson and Gr Ch Blue Bio Blue Jet II (Rejet x Hope) teamed up to win 1st place at the R.Q.E in Minnesota. Jet II is from the same cross as the Double Shot of 6 Again who picked up another Nt Ch win this weekend in Missouri. Ch. Blue Bio Wild N Blue Jet (Rejet x Scott Phillip's Hooker) made show champion this weekend. Cary Costlow and I met up on I-20 for me to pick up Rejet Junior (Rejet x May Flower) and I also picked up Brad Henson's male pup out of Lonesome. Lonesome was out of Buzzard, who was out of 6 Again. My plans are to bring this pup to Brad at Bluetick Days. Got calls today from Keith Tate,Damon Shewmaker, Brad, Cory and Ed. Here is hoping we all can meet up at the hunt. Cary-I just wanted to share this news with you here on Rejet's post. It was so good to get to visit with you and I look forward to us getting in the woods.

Blue Bio Rejet's Junior

Last weekend Gr Ch Blue Bio Blue Jet II won a 1st place at an RQE in the first hunt Cory Carlson put him in. Bobby Carter thought that was pretty cool and then commented, " It's about time I give Junior a shot." Last night Bobby entered Junior in his first hunt and won 1st place UKC. Blue Bio Wild-N-Blue Jet is waiting in the wings for his chance-Wild-N-Blue Jet did pick up his 1st Champion win on the bench Saturday. Here is a photo of Jet II, on the left and Junior treed together during our one and only snow.

ReJets Boys

Thanks for the update CW I love to hear about everyone's progress. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to come over and make a round while I was in South Carolina but I sure enjoyed our visit, I just wish it could have lasted longer.

Quail Creek Bell

Henry Miller and I had a good conversation on the phone the other day. His Bell female out of Rejet and Hope has two UKC 1st and is now a Grand Show Champion. Henry has promised to call when she gets another cast win to make Night Champion. Cole plans to show Double Shot towards his grand championship on the bench while he is after his grand night championship as well. I have gotten my greedy little hands on four dark blue males out of four different out standing line bred Jet bitches that with any luck and determination will produce four dual grand males off of Rejet. This does not in any way take away from the female pups in these pens. Males and females are on equal footing around here-the females are just as important! Rejet,s reproduction numbers should start to reflect the success his offspring are having.

Jet II

Based on the report I got it was anything but pretty, but Gr Ch Blue Bio Blue Jet II picked up another cast win. This 2nd place combined with the 1st place R.Q.E. that he won just leaves him a cast win away from Nt Ch. The dog injured a foot during the hunt (most likely during the "not pretty" portion, was taken to the Vet. and is now on the mend). Henry Miller's Gr Ch Nt Ch Quail Creek Bell female with three 1st , Jet II's- 1st and 2nd and the Blue Bio Rejet Junior with a 1st in his only hunt are all playing catch up to the Double Shot of 6 Again dog. Congratulations to Erick Veenhuis and Venus Wild-N-Blue Sarge on his Best of Show win, Sarge is from Rejet and Scott Phillip's Ch Nt Ch Wild-N-Blue Hooker. Sarge and Ch Blue Bio Wild-N-Blue Jet are littermates. Also good reports on pups from Rejet and Joleen - she recently finished to Gr Nt Ch and is the dam of Jet 10, Super Jet 10, and Jeff Timm's good female, I can't remember her name, maybe Jeff will see this and help us out. I am working some grand pups off Rejet. One male pup on his 1st hunt the other night-struck in with the Junior dog and stood on his back feet, started locating about 20 ft from the tree and really put on a show. At that point I raised my right hand, pointed up and said my thank you,s to the Man in charge!

I sure like what I'm hearing out of Rejet pups. Looking forward to a cross with my female to him. I've never tried this blood before, so thought I would do something different. I'm hoping for some nice ones out of this cross. Keep the updates on his pups coming.

Men the reports are good on the ReJet pups out there CW has almost constant contact with the guys that are putting in the long hours in the timber with them and they all have a lot of good results to report. We bred Jeffs NtCh female and we have our fingers crossed. My Dual GrNt female Mind III is spotting now and I will be putting her with ReJet on the 30th. I have high hopes for this cross she is bred very similar to the Hooker female and that was a very good mateing. Thanks again CW for keeping us updated on everyone's progress, we are looking forward to your next report.

ReJet x Hope

Well just wanted to let every one know that I was not able to get my Mindy III female bred this time she never came all the way in. I will begin breeding the Hope female tomorrow. This cross is a proven cross that has produced several outstanding young dogs, Cole Johnson's Double Shot dog and CW's Jett II dog just to name a couple. I will keep y'all updated on this cross.

Jet II is a fine looker. Do you have any pics of Henry's Bell female? Does Henry still live where he did about 15 years ago at the end of a very long dead end road?

Congrats to all the winners and keep us updated. Wish the "ole CW" dog was still producing.

Any pups on the ground off rejet, looking to try a blue dog. Seems like his pups are doing really great. I've always hunted walkers but have always been interested in blue dogs. I live just across the Texas/LA line. How's his track speed?

ReJet pups

We have bred three different females in the last month. We should have pups on the ground around the 15th of September. All three of these females are exceptional females. The ReJet X Hope cross is a proven cross that has produced several top young dogs that are NtCh or GrNt already. I will keep everyone posted on the arrival of these litters. As for ReJets tracking ability it leaves little to be desired, he has a better than average nose and can fly down a track.

Hey Cary, are any of those females starting to show yet? I managed to get a litter out of a litter mate to Rejet and a 6 Again female, will keep you posted on how they do. Hope you are running over with pups in about a month. Good luck!

Hope is starting to show some it's a little to soon to tell on Abby and the Hornet bred female did not have pups she is just to old I guess. Please keep me posted on your litter. I hunted my ReJet X Maddy pup two nights this week and she looked really good. She is a hard hunting little heifer and went all the way on a jump out race that lasted about 45 min and went 8 tenths of a mile. I was very pleased, thanks again Scott Phillips for hooking me up with her.
