patty just like to flap his gums as he is a know it all. he acts like he isn't a lil girly cheerleader but if you check out his post, everytime someone asks what blue dog to breed to he always post a link to bo Jackson about how great he is and I don't think mrs patty has ever hunted with the dog. take that an run with it pat. I wont be on the computer much but i'll sure check in on ya...........maybe you will get banned for 6 months next time lmao. now don't you got some sucking up to do on the walker board.

ps. I got over 1500 post. go find one that says I know where the good one is

Well I was going to breed my GRNT female to him and missed her heat cycle she was going out not coming in I have heard lots of good things about him I sold her to my buddy Adam Davis the other day and as far as I know he is planning on breeding her to Bo Jackson my plan is to try and hunt or at least give one of them a chance to impress me

Herron's Lockdown Bad Ace has over $4,000 won in PKC. He will be hunted more this year in PKC and CHKC. He won the NC PKC State Championship this past year. He is a nice hound with a good mouth that hunts hard and will have a coon when you get there. He hasn't been bred much until I bought half of him this year. He has 2 litter's of pups on the ground now and 2 more females bred that will whelp pups in December. He is a PKC SS Sire, CHKC Super Sire and a UKC Performance Sire. I just paid him up for 2015.

I just wasted 10 minutes of my life reading all that crap .... Was a simple question that was asked..

Go to prohound, click on races/standings, click on bluetick- Research the top 30 money winners per year since 2008 or so (year by year).

Good luck and hope this helps.

Here's a link

Why should anyone need to promote a stud dog. If he can't promote himself I don't think I would be interested

The all time highest earning Bluetick money earner in PKC history is Griffin's Blue Dude owned by Dennis Griffin with $30 ,349.50. I got this information from PKC. I have no clue what Dude's breeding was.

Dude won the Pup Shootout several years ago and was awarded a pickup truck. The value of the truck is put in your lifetime earnings.

I think Dude's mother was the Lucy female that Dennis had. Heard good things about her. Not real sure on their breeding.

there is a grand night dog named ghost in georiga, im not sure what he has won in pkc, but he is off of durango who won quite a bit inhis day an di think he won the breed race one year.

this ghost dog seems to be throwing some nice dogs. jerry deal i believe is one of the owners, he knows a coon dog and is a real good fella

Ritchie is one of the few to get it right here guys.
Everyone has an opinion and you should hunt what you like.
This post was by a gentleman looking for a stud that had been to the hunts.
I spent last year running the PKC hunts. Had a blast.
A winner is a winner anywhere.
I spent the last two years looking for a stud for a special female. Didn't find squat! Coon dogs are harder to find then hens teeth! Not many of them. I know, I know. Everyone has one tied out back. Right.
I have hunted all over the country with every type of blue that is being put in the hunts. Not squat! Me included. I have had a couple but the real ones are rare.
The female I am breeding now is just that. The real deal.
She has won all over. Won more hunts than you can shake two sticks at.
She was the 2014 PKC championship winner, overall Bluetick breed leader, third in her state, qualified for the National Championship two different ways, qualified for the Truck Hunt three different ways. Overall for the month, top four in thirty dollar hunts, the breed champion.
She wins the same no matter what KC hunted in.... Fast, no babbling, trees every coon she comes to. Full open but won't babble. Usually means 3 or 4 strike and 1st tree. With a coon you see.
So I spent a LOT of time looking for a stud.
I am breeding her this week. Good luck finding one to suit you.
Ritchie has run the same hunts and knows what a good one is. So do many others. Not running any dogs down. Just telling how hard it is to find a real coon dog.
To all that say they have one.... Take it to the hunts! Prove it.

hahaha

Blue dog men are their own worst enemy! I don't care if you are Barak Obama if you have a Blue dog that can represent im comin to see you! I don't fall in love with a hound unless it earns it. I don't make excuses either you are either a coondog or you're gone! I culled hard all my life in running hounds and you have to be that way if you are truly trying to get better! Walker people tell me if there was such thing as a Blue dog capable of winning against walkers in the big hunts then someone would have the guts to take him! Blue doggers know Blues are ten times as good as a walker but knowing it and saying it is alot easier that PROVING it. Well I got one thats pretty nice now, im not gonna kid myself and say I got the best one but I am gonna squeeze these walker dogs as hard as I can with what I got and see how much juice I get! Im alot of things but im not shy and im not scared to go try it! Need a few more of those REAL Blue dogs in some PKC hunts to make folks scratch their heads and rethink things! So there ya go!

I have a gyp that I single registered $KC I am almost positive will make them slick treeing walkers take notices @ 83 days old she started treeing on her own {not coon yet} but mice and treats she has the nose and brain to become a great one in the woods where it counts And I am not easy to please but so far this one is doing a great job of doing so

That's why we need a supreme grnitech title. Especially around here! Too far to travel to all these other registries. Folks could earn more performance points and maybe get more out to the hunts?
