Just bred a Skuna River Fred Female to Doc last week. This should be an outstanding cross...
Line bred Skuna River Lipper...
If all works out I Plan to get one of these pups!!!
Pups willbe born the middle of September.

Y'all need to look at Doc I know his not owned by some big name breeder. We need to start looking at the dog and not the owner.

After much debate & alot of discussion I have decided to sell my half of Doc to Paul Gray.
My wife & I are planning to start a new house in the near future & I will not have the time or $$ to promote Doc the way he deserves.
Paul is a 1ST CLASS GUY. You will not deal with a better person. Paul will go out of his way to help anyone he can.
I will still help Paul advertise Doc as much as time allows.

I've never been to the woods with Doc but, I have been with his mother and grandmother both these females was coontreer's one of my close friends who passed away afew years back raised crank from a small pup she was a natural that granded out pretty quick that whole litter out of Coma and faith turned out grnites or top pleasure hounds.
Faith was owned by another close friend of mine but was only pleasure hunted but could have been granded easy she was a top hound I walked to a many of tree's to this old girl.
Just by what I know on the bottom side of Doc's ped I will be bringing a female down to bred to him when she comes in.

Thanks for back ground on Docs pedigree.
I can't speak personally about Docs ancestors but Doc is one of the best hounds I've had the privilege of owning. If he reproduces his likeness, and I'm certain he will, Doc will put back in the Walker breed what most dogs lack now days and that is the ability to trail any kind of track they strike. Doc can tree coon that most dogs cant even smell.
Doc also has the DRIVE & HUNT that a lot of dogs don't have. Doc has treed coon as close as 150 yds and as far as 2 miles. He goes hunting till he finds a coon.

Last account I had she had 7 pups. Not sure how many male & female yet. I will update later after I talk to Tim.

Getting some good reports from Doc's pups. His oldest have just turned a year old.
Russell Epperson from Tuscaloosa, AL has a male off Doc and our GRNTCH Crystal female that is really coming on.
Andy Moody from Danville, AL has a male off Doc and NTCH Gray's Cinderella that is really looking good.
Mr. Larry Garvin from Wurtland , KY has a female that he says has been a natural from the start.

DOC is 9 years old & he still hunts like a 4-5 year old.

I'm not a Stud dog Promoter, BUT if you want to breed to a dog that trees COONS night after night, consider DOC.

I think if given the chance DOC will prove to be a top reproducer of HARD GOING, INDEPENDENT COONDOGS...

Clyde is doing better every time you take him out. He seems to be a natural more people need to give Doc a shot before it's to late. I'm thinking of making my cross again.

I took my 5 month old pup hunting Saturday night off Doc x Rosie(Skuna river Fred female). First night in the woods and went 500 yds with the other dogs. My female treed across a slough and he was on our side when we got there. My dad's female was treed 700 yds deeper and he followed us to her. We had to cross 2 slough's to get to her and he swam both slough's going in and coming out. Never had a pup this young as bold as he is. 5 months and ain't scared of nothing...

We bred a Skuna River Fred Female to Doc the end of January. This is a repeat cross...
The pups from the first cross are coming 6 months old and are some of the BOLDEST pups I've ever seen.
Line bred Skuna River Lipper...
Pups will be born the end of March.

Keith Gross bred his NTCH female to Doc February 28th.
This is a repeat cross. The first litter is a little over a year old and doing good.
Should have her pups The first week of May.
These pups will have PERFECT Spring Super Stakes Birthday's.
She is a Grandaughter to Bark on top & she is Rat Attack, Coma & Lipper bred on bottom.
These will be some nice pups.
