To all u dear redbone fans its bad when you got to get a three legged walker dog scratched at first tree when the walker dog had first tree, and then got the other walker dog scratched to eliminate all the other competition. Sincerely a man with a treeing walker dog that Will tree a coon!!

who do you think has the toughest cast? Hot Spot has the only cast with no walkers, while Woody and Train have casts full of males, which can be a bit tricky cuz of all the testosterone

I,m not up on a lot of this but john the Baptist has won some big hunts and has a handler that hunts and handles dogs for a living. the other ones I don't know anything about. hope these guys getter done!!

I didn't mean Hot Spots cast was easier, those English dogs are giving the walkers a run for their money these days, I was just pointing out that he didn't draw any walkers

I can tell ya Brian and Cali have there hands full with david miller and that b&t he is from e-town packs a coondog and is a top handler. Amish man maybe some of yal know him.

I know in Rusty's cast That slick dog from indiana will be a hand full,

Dont overlook Tim Whitaker either he has been there before and packs a coondog

Tough cast

Train drew Swamp Rats Tuff. I've drawn him four times with my female who wins about 75% of her cast. We are only 1 for 4 against Tuff. He is hard to beat, but you will shake his owners hand after the hunt regardless of who wins because he is as honest as his dog is good, Jim.

i have hunted with the history dog that rusty drew he is a deep an all alone dog. will make u walk ur feet off an most of the time has a coon. so i would say he will be tough

I also have hunted and judged Tuff in a pro hunt tight on the ground but good about having a coon. And Gerald is a top notch guy. But I'm pulling for a red dog.

TOUGH AS HELL

Toughest country I've ever hunted ! !
Train took 3 strike first drop & got by himself . Treed right behind a mans house & before we could get to him we saw a light right at his tree & train leaves. I asked the judge to question it & he would not. Train gets treed again by himself with a Coon . Hunt was over then. Little Man won the with 175+.

Proud to make it this far.

Oh well, It looks like that $5,000 is safe until next year anyway. Judging from the scores the hunting must be pretty tuff up there in E-Town. Not one of the Redbones had + points. It looks like none of the casts scored on more than 2 coons. The dogs and handlers are a completely different caliber when you get to the Finals. There are no easy casts. It looks like there will be 3-4 months of training/pleasure hunting and then it will be time to regroup and start on next year.
