I know this is a tough question, but here it goes. Is there an estimate on how many dogs would attend these hunts? What are the hosting locations preparing for? Just trying to get some numbers for VA to see what kind of location will work best.

How about you and me work on the hunt together that way virgina w.virgina and north carolina are cover lets get a phone call going and we will come up with a good location to hold the distric hunt

Anytime if I dont answer leave a message and I will call you back I work in chiller rooms and when the chillers are running it is pretty noisy so sometime I dont hear the phone ring, but I check it all the time.

Seems like the member numbers are rising !!! I have talked to a bunch of b&t folks who are excited bout the plan. Just remember tho if any disagreements do happen that we are only human an no one is perfect an every one has different opinions, but we are all striving for the same thing!! An we can work out disagreements like men an keep pushing forward!! To make this assn great!!

Been on the go here for a few days just thought that I would give a little up date. Bill T. has helped me finish the night hunt format and the points system format we got them all worked up on a spread sheet and the will be going out to the district reps. so that they will have them for the up coming hunts. My wife and I have been buting lots of memberships together we have not got them mailed yet but will be by wed of next week we also have got just about all the membership packets together for all the state reps. We have looked into some hats and shirts it looks like it is something that can be done with out to much cost I will keep everyone informed as new things come down the pipe line. Fellas I got the charter aggrement from UKC gona get it filled out an sent in this week!!! The ball is rolling!!

I have talked to a lot of b&t owners that are very excited with what we are trying to do!!! Thanks so much for yals support!

This is good we will be starting with the 3 district hunts see how they go and then we will add a hunt each year until we use up all 7 so lets get the members up and everyone think about some new locations for these hunts lets keep them spread out across the assn. Alabama has 1 Tenn. has 1 and nc/va has one and the next one is in ?

We are thinking about holding an HTX hunt on Thursday night so if you would like to do this let us know asap that way we can set it up with ukc we will still be doing the budy hunt but we would like to add this for the ones that dont comp. hunt please let us know cause we will need to send in the paper work asap so.
