-- application dual sire litter and dna profiling with swabs (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=928266623)
Steve, our phones are very busy at this time, so it may be a while before I can check with the DNA Department, but I have a reminder at my desk and I won't forget...As soon as I know something, I will let you know.
ok russel
ill be waiting for the responce then
I tried to get you an answer yesterday but the phones were so busy that I never got a chance. I'll try again today..
I just received word that the papers are here...They have not been processed as of yet, but they are here.
ok thank u russel
now i do have a new prob hahahaha it dousnt end.
i had send previous with the litter registration from the dual sire litter also a female that had to be dna profiled since she came from a dual sire litter also.those swabs i received and also send with signed delivery to ukc.today the postoffice told me that the envelope is missing.asked them why it took that long to be deliverd when i saw the status on it.i do have still some swabs from myself i ordert some time ago but i do not have her number to write on the swab envelope.she is called minerva.is the name also good for it to write on the dna enveloppe.its the 3th time she has to be dna profiled since the first 2 did not take.
please let me know so this can be done also finaly.
You can either write the registered name of the dog down and for the UKC number, put unknown, or you can call us and we can give you the number over the phone, assuming you're the registered owner of the dog.
i am the owner off the female indeed.
but is it also possible to send the papers to me instead off the breeder from her??? he allways has to resend it to me wich again takes more time for it.
the breeder is eric kober(usa)
the female itself is not register this far since she also has to be dna profiled wich did not take the 1st two times
normaly it shoul say IDP'S minerva(irondieselpits)
breeding was from nolimitkennels OG GLOCK male and iron canyon male, the female is arcadia(dual sire litter)
If you're talking about duplicate papers, or a DNA Certificate, we will only issue those to the current registered owner.
aah ok then that is the breeder stil, since i still have not yet received the application permanent registration offcourse
That is correct.
hoi russel
i want to know if all the pups there swabs have been received by now since all 3 pups have been send to ukc and should off arived now.and when the results are finaly gone be known.
also do i have a question regarding the female minerva who's swabs should be normaly also again with ukc for the 3th time ahahahah.daamn
she is now almost 1 year old and next heat she is normaly good to be bred with.what do i have to do??
since i still dont have her papers and her dna results wich will take some time again as before.
do i have to wait till those results are in.and what if results are known and papers are send to me from her and she gets in heat;can i do the breeding then and send her papers for permanent registration and the litter together?
please give me the info since i have been pretty much stressed with all the things that are happening.
my pups i still have no papers from and they are allready 9 months and then the female minerva who is almost 1 year old.so you can understand that i offcourse what this to be done all finaly
much regards steve
and are the results known from the female(mother)kitana
since they were expected to be known on 12/12/12.so that i know that she is good now or not.have send 2 swabs from her just to be safe iff 1 of them was no good just as the 3 pups that had to be redone i also send 2 swabs from eatch.
Steve, due to the nature and number of your questions, please give our office a call today. Our phones are on from 9:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Eastern time. Our number is: (269) 343-9020. Anyone in the Registration Department would be able to assist you.
is it possible i have a friend call for this info all russel?
i have called in the past several times to ukc also but connection was allways real bad and we hardly could understand eachother.
and we still had to do it then by mail.
Our policy is not to give out information to anyone other than the owners of the dogs involved...
so what now then?since we cant understand eachother on the phone and i do want that info ofcourse.what iff i give you the name from that person and where he lives and my approval for the info to give to?it is basicly the same then.
Can you give me a good daytime phone number where I can call you sometime during the day?
i only have a cellphone russel.as do my parents and friends overhere.and allready tried to call witht there phone and same results very bad connection.and in the end we still had to do it with email. have lots off friends in the usa and they do have good connection.
if that isnt possible then just give me the info i need step by step;dousnt have to be all at once
1-is the female kitane her results in.should be known at 12/12/12
shockerline's kitana P618-512
2-are the 3 remaining pup that had to be redone there swabs arived at ukc from kitana her litter with cronos/semtex and being processed
BBP'S CAPTAIN SHINER Z103543
BBP'S KING Z103545
BBP'S BROOK Z103548
3-are the swabs from minerva at ukc arrived and been processed
Z103401
iff i know that info over a few days i am more then happy enough
gone send this ino to a very good friend in the usa(brandon troline)and he is gone call ukc and see iff he can have the info maybe.please ask then iff there can be made an effort to give him the ino then iff not can be done with mail.
Let me check with the DNA Department on these and I'll get back to you.
I did some checking and here's what I found:
P618-521: We need a resubmission. We recently sent you a new DNA kit.
Z103401: We recently received this DNA in our office.
Z103548, Z103543 & Z103545: we did not receive DNA kits back from you. We can send you new kits for these 3 dogs if you'd like us to.
P618-521 is the female kitana, those new swabs have been allready with ukc is what you told me.i have given 2 swabs especialy so that atleast 1 will be good.and results would of been done at 12/12/12.those are the resubmission 1ns.
have heard after you said the pups swabs did not arive and they just told me the postoffice just gave them back to them because package was damaged.so they are gone send them this week back.
now i do have to know whats the deal with kitana her resubmision iff they are good or not.i have proof they have been delivert to ukc by signed delivery.
We just received Kitana's DNA results and again, they came back insufficient. We will be sending you another kit for her in the near future.
comeone are you kidding me.
i have send an extra swab with it so that makes 3 swabs in total and none has been good enough while they are done the same as all the rest who dit were good.no eating the last hour and drinking and then inside the cheeks a firm rubbing and rolling the swab for atleast 30 seconds.at this rate she will have passed away from old age before it ever works;smh
am i the only1 who has this then because i find this hard to believe then.sorry i am getting it on my nerves but this is getting a little to much for me.
I don't know why they keep coming back insufficient...I was just told by the DNA Department that it came back insufficient again.
so that makes this now the 4th time she will have to be done and every time atleast 2 months pass by.my customers are real happy they have to wait for there pups there papers.and now they can even pay more for registration off there pup when everything is finaly good.they they are mostliky way older then 1 year just as with the female minerva who is now in 2 weeks also 1 year old.really looking forward to see how long it takes in the end for everything is finaly good,my expectations will be in 1 more year at this rate.pffffff
