few more days. forecast calling for rain/t-storms (but has been all week). really hoping it will hold off until late afternoon when all is over.

The poster said no firearms or unprescribed drugs while participating in the hunt, but I see nothing else about a hunt so I am confused.

No there is no hunt,there will be the state water race bench show and treeing contest and kids bench show. there will be good food,good people to talk to and a lot of fun,drawings all day long.

that is the standard disclaimer that is on all ads for UKC events. a hunt has been mentioned, but we have to have guaranteed guides, MOH, etc and right now after a full day, we cant guarantee that...at this time.

remember, we will have a vet providing rabies and other items, bring the house dog for their rabies vaccination.

bring the kids as well! ice cream and a kids show.

hamburgerys/hotdogs/raffle/money/dogs/family...what could be better!!

any color can come. Dale Criggers' redbone won it 2 yrs ago and a bluetick won it last year.

there will be a special prize for the kids this year in the show.

Thanks to all that came out and showed and swam their dogs. I'll have the winners pics posted within the week, got to get the names. will give details later. again, thanks for coming. WEATHER WAS PERFECT!!! not a raindrop around!!!

WE ENJOYED OUR TRIP. GOT TO MEET SOME NEW FRIENDS AND SEE SOME OLD ONES (THE WORLD'S GREATEST COONHUNTER-SCOTTY CAIN). THE GRANDSON'S 10 MONTH OLD PUP GOT LINE AND TREE IN HER HEAT AND PICKED UP ANOTHER 10 POINTS. JUST DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH IN THE FINAL. THEM WERE SOME FAST DOGS. GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD FOOD, AND AN ALL AROUND GOOD TIME. IT WAS GOOD TO SEE HOYT ALFORD AGAIN. HOYT, NEXT TIME YOU'RE COMING DOWN NEXT GEORGETOWN, BRING A DOG OR TWO AND I'LL TAKE YOU HUNTIN'. THAT IS , IF YOU DON'T MIND GOING WITH A RED DOG. LOL. I'D LIKE TO INVITE ALL FROM OUR SISTER STATE TO COME SOUTH AND JOIN US THE 29th FOR A SHOW, WATER RACE, AND NITE HUNT AT HELLHOLE CHA IN GEORGETOWN, S.C. CARL POSTON, TELL GLENN I ASKED 'BOUT HIM.
