Now boys - do not let a little College football rivalry get you all riled up. Sorry of I brought up the "C" word but down here we eat sleep and drink football. We live for that Saturday in November when the ORANGE and GARNET take the field. In my house I like Clemson my Husband is a Tennessee Fan. One child likes Clemson and the other is a UNC and App State fan. You ought to hang around our house on a Saturday.

I think the original question was:" Are there any SC Gamecock fans out there?" And my answer is that there are PLENTY, just as long as SC is winning, but let them have a bad game, and just try to beat the crowd leaving Williams-Brice at the end of the 3rd quarter. Don't get me wrong, though- I know disappointment, I'm a die hard fan and alum of The University of Georgia. Yes!!! USC beat Georgia this year, but as sorry as Goergia played, I don't think a 4- point victory is anything to brag about. Maybe if the USC fans around here would be realistic- I've heard every year since Spurrier (or "The Devil" as I refer to him) came that "This is our year". Yeah- right- maybe if he would recruit FOOTBALL PLAYERS and not the local thugs to keep them out of prison just because they can spell football, it may happen.

I agree with jackback. UK definitely imploded. Not taking anything away from USC, they played good enough to win but UK gave that one away.

I agree on the imploding, same thing happened to Georgia, but at this point, all that matters is W's and L's. Am i correct in thinking that there isn't an undefeated team in the SEC East now?

This was a good win, and a good game, but we've still got some big games ahead. I gotta say, there was a lot of blue in Williams-Brice lastnight. Kentucky fans made a good turnout. It was intense... the stadium was packed.

I just thought you should know that LSU is still undefeated and if they beat FL. this Sat. I believe they will stay that way and win the national title. I really hope they can play USC (Trojans) for the title and prove to all the ESPN boys who really is the best team in the nation. Although I think the golden bears of Cal. will beat USC and maybe even Ariz. St.

I agree. LSU is one hell of a football team, and so is USC (So. Cal.). I'd love to see the national title go to an SEC team. I gotta back them, as bad as it hurts.

GA DAWG - I hope y'all give the Vols hell this weekend! GA's second on my list since I'm from GA.

I hope LSU rips Florida in half this weekend. Florida's about the only team I'll straight up pull against.... and Ohio State.

I know LSU is undefeated, but they're not in the EAST. Obviously they will play for the SEC championship, but against who? If Georgia isn't in the BCS hunt, I'm not going to be interested, but I would rather see an SEC team win the national championship than USC. The A P poll will be interesting to see Sunday morning, with the # 8 team going down last night.
