No problem, and if there is anything I can do for you once you get back to NC just let me know. Drive safe and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Im also moving to NC in about a month or so. From the sounds of it, I should be in business with the coon hunting. Ive had a lot of anxiety about moving because of the possibility of not having good coon hunting.
I will be located on the NC side of the NC VA boarder by newport news, VA. Is there anyone located around that area and how is the hunting there? I would love to meet the NC crew and do some serious coon hunting.
Right now im hunting a bluetick female that is lightly started and a female walker pup trainer.
Any advise would be great!!
Thanks
Mel
move
Jake, just wondering how the trip went? Hope everything is good for you and the misses. And of course, maybe more important the dogs.hahahahaha

if ur talkin about the one near the coast... the coons are almost as thick as the bush... closer to central nc, the coons thin out, but the walking is a lot easier
yep im talking about the one by the coast. Im very curious to see how thick the woods is, up in northern WI we hunt bobcats in some pretty nasty stuff.
SNAKEIoz...........
I DECIDED ,THAT I COULD NOT SELL MY DOGS. LOVE THE SPORT TO MUCH. WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO MOVE TO N.C. ???? THANKS BRIAN

you wont be too far from Tony Ray's Roanoke River Kennels in Kelford NC. there are lots of bottoms, swamps, etc up that part of NC. go ahead and buy you one of those Hammer pups from Tony, you wont be sorry.
i've never hunted up that way but there are some nice looking places up there. i think you will like it. and you will like the winters even better.
