Bush

I voted for Bush both times and both times i was in the military. Iraq knew about 9-11. I was in kuwait at that time. I served in afganistan and served in Iraq.
Bush in my mind is the best pres we have had in a long time. He is the only pres to speak up about socail security. his idea may be wrong but he will listen to a better idea.
The next one I will vote for will be McCain. Everyone better as well.

I hear all this talk that this admin. is corrupt. Let's check the facts. Clintons admin. had more arrests, deaths and people leaving the country than any pres in history. If Bush lied than did Clinton lie? He also said that Saadam had weapons of mass distruction. He sent air strikes for the same reasons. Hillary incourged GW to send in troops. Did she also lie?

Lets talk about the tapping of the phones. Lets take a little trip in history. Clinton also tapped phones with out warrents, but it wasn't to check on terrorist, it was to crack down on inter city gangs and drug dealers. Was he violating their rights? No one said anything about that.

Bush might not do everything perfect, but there is no one that I would rather have in there at the present time. I guess you can tell that I'm a Bush supporter.

I Like what you say there P.W. that most coonhunters are conservative. I would vote for Ole G.W. anytime. And I cant see how anyone that hunts could vote for people that are against us having guns and dogs and forests for that matter. I also do not beleive that any christian could vote for someone that is for abortion and has no morals at all. So anytime someone goes to the polls to vote they should remember these things. hey last time around bush was our only choice and a poor one at that. i say to hell with the vrepublicans and to hell with the democrats. what has to happen before we are out numbered we need a workingmans party with a candidate straight out of the workforce our labor unions need to get there heads out of there rears and stop backing the democrats the democratic party as it was years ago no longer exisats as it was when they were for the working man we need a leader out of the ranks of the working middle class before the middle class is gone it has to be now not tomorrow we are loseing ground everyday we will soon be out numbered by the poor who look to the government for handouts to survive along with these handouts comes control of everything you do
god bless america the land of the free, for now anyway that shall soon be gone unless we all get our heads where they belong because if we don't we will be bending over andd kissing our asses good bye

If you love bush so much and 'believe' in his leadership, please go to iraq and take the place of the men/women that would like to come home. Trying to talk sense to republicans is like trying to pick up a turd from the clean end.

Before anyone states that Bush will go down in history as the worst president ever, they need to realize that he has had to deal with situations that no other president has ever had to deal with.

Politicans that are not controlled by the polls, but by their conscience are few and far between.

The men and women in Iraq could come home if the Democrats would untie their hands, and let them win the war.

The war in Iraq has become a political war in America. We could have gotten the job done, and been out of their a long time ago if our armed forces were given the liberty, and tools to finish the job.

I am a little leiry of Rudy... with his stance on same sex marriages and gun control he might be a problem. However, if he wins the Republican representation I will vote for any Republican over the Democrats!

I am as conservative as they come and I have become increasingly displeased with Bush. He has done a complete 180 from the conservative act that he played to get elected. I find him every bit as contemptible as the worst Democrat out there.

He has simply screwed up too many things and taken the wrong stance on too many issues.

There is no way that I would have voted for Kerry but if I had it to do over again I would have written in somebody else.

We need a President that puts America first and that means one that will follow the Constitution.

Check out the film IRAQ FOR SALE. Many important facts revealed. Could, should, and hopefully would change some minds.

Nobody died when Clinton lied.
George is probably the worst president ever.
The popularity polls show.

Well I guess we should always expect that when we go to war that no one will die. I would rather fight over seas than here in the US.

The popularity polls also show that the citizans also don't agree with what the dems are doing. So maybe we should just throw out the polls and start doing what is right and get behind our troops and their comander. I didn't agree with much that clinton did, but when we talk about our troops that are fighting over seas, I still backed them and Clinton.

A house that is devided amoungst itself can not stand.

I am pretty sure I never said that I voted for Kerry and that I never said that I would. Just because I disagree with the president doesn't mean that I support the idiots. The choices for president were pitiful. I am dreading the upcoming election because I think yet again, the choices are terrible.

this is it....times will wax worse and worse...our next president will face even tougher issues...

i dont like alot of what he does....but, i do like the fact that he lets everyone know....we will not take any foolishness whatsoever...i do believe he prays about issues he faces

he's have'n to meet ole Vlad to keep him in check today.

i am afraid that because of this war and the emphasis put on it...that the next pres. will go to the extreme opposite on the issue and let things get out of control, before realizing.....OOPS!!!...i should have did something a few yrs ago

i say fight em in there country as well.
Craig said it....the war would be over and should be had it not become a political war here....
i would have been happy if they were warned.....given a period of time and sent a few missles over and turned the countries into charcoal..lol

Our military leaders our evan starting to headge about being an army of occupation in the middle of a cival war.The tools were not their because the president would not wait till the troops were ready and properly equiped. The troops who our on their third tour are being pushed to their limits.

Posted by Ken Grant on 06-07-2007 04:03 PM:

How can we win a war that some Politicians want us to lose?

I did not live during Vietnam, but I have read some and watched documentaries on TV. I even watched John Mccain speak about getting orders to bomb targets that had already been hit. Knowing that they were "dead" targets, he relayed that back to his superiors but were told to do it anyway. We were not there to win a war.

I feel as though the same is going on in Iraq. For those of you that lived during Vietnam and did not learn from those mistakes(blaming our military, not supporting the troops, etc..) shame on you. The media and certain poiliticians have blinded you to the truth. This is a war me can and must win, but when its fought in the media and by poiliticians, it is not a war we can win.

What happened when Israel went after Hezbollah? After years of Hezbollah killing Israeli civilians, Israel was fed up and went after them. But who did the media make the enemy? Israel was made out to be the enemy. Who was the enemy when our soldiers and civilians in Iraq were beheaded and hung from bridges? We were.

The sad truth is that Iraq is a war we will never win. Hypocrites and Anti-American Americans will not allow it to be done. I will be glad when President Bush is out of office where it will shut some of you up. You are the ones that "chastise" Bush followers as being "stupid" and "blind" but yet you follow idiot Democrats as blind as we "follow" President Bush. How stupid is the phrase "I voted for the war before I voted against it"? Very stupid. Now to get elected, certain Democrats are going back against there vote to go to Iraq. Boy that makes them "electable". NOT!!

As Earl Pitts says...."Wake up America". We stood together in WWII. Why can't we stand together now and win this war? Look at yourself in the mirror. Do you really disagree or have you been brainwashed by the media into hating President Bush? We are Americans. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by Todd Kincer on 06-07-2007 04:41 PM:

Well put Craig and Ken. It's sad to say, but I feel the best generation this country ever produced fought and won WWII. This country was attacked, our President declared war, it's citizens responded by doing what it took to rectify the situation. We won because this nation sacrificed to win. The US as a whole stood together and supported it's miltary to it's fullest. I knew an old man here that went to join the military, was denied because he had broken both legs in a mining accident when he was 16, but both he AND his wife moved to Baltimore, MD to build the Liberty class ships. He didn't cry because he was denied access to the military, he built ships to supply the boys that got to go. That old man is dead and gone now, but he was 1 of millions that did what he could for his country. I work and grew up with a guy that says FDR set us up to be attacked at Pearl Harbor just to get us in the war. He's a friend of mine and I like him, but his views are skewwed way too far to the left for me.
I support Bush because first, he's our President, second, he was a MUCH better choice for me as a Christian. I will never support anyone that has the morals of Kerry and the like.
OK, I'm done rambling!!
PS, I'm only 33 so I wasn't around for the generartion for which I speak, but I am here because 2 of those guys got lucky and got to come home.
