Give 'em ah run for their money.

Went tonight first track ended in a den tree. Second track ended seeing this coon. Old sow coon. Third coon ended up in a den tree. Back home 9:30PM. Not bad consider we didn't get started till 7:15PM. Went on the Rhino. No walking.

I know your right!!!!!!!!!! the key word is respecting. I used too truck up that area every day in the week,got a belly full real quick,but liked it better that New York City area,or California.

Accurate hunt report!!!!!!!!! Went at 7:30 walked a pretty good ways along the river and finally struck a track. She messed with it for about 45 minutes and nothin happened so we went on and about 10 minutes later she hit another one and checked the tree and left it. I shined that tree and there was a coon and about 2 minutes later she treed in another tree. Must have been 2 in the one I seen. Shot out her coon she treed little sow leashed her up and headed back to the truck. No slicks No Dens. Once again thanks Gut for breedin them Coma dogs. Be 13 years old this year and still goin strong. End of ACCURATE REPORT!!!!!!!!!!

Well Td dont seem that long ago,I sure miss that old dog, i still see him in the back off that ol truck all stretched out ears a floppen he loved to ride,and Tob callen me at midnight in the summer sayn hey your dogs down here at the river under a coon. Id get up be going to work look down road he would be comn to the porch lay there all day get up follow kids around all evening then before bed step out listen he would be treed somewhere. I remeber one morning saying Comadog your retired why you go tree coons at the river all night he cock that head looked at me,was to say thats what i do boss... I could go on and on RIP OL MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talked to your mom one time on the telephone and she couldn't figure out why you got rid of ole Coma dog when you did. She sounded glad when I told her I was bringing him back home. That ole dog never bothered a thing except coon. Was glad to have been able to have hunted with him.

Coles County has a hunt Friday Night I believe 7pm No bench show I am sure Jeff could use some help with guides. Come on dn. and join in on some facebarking

Hunting Coon

Been out last 3 days Andrew has 1 drop 1 coon each back home by 8:00 or so. He is still working. I went twice. Hit 2 dens and a stump pile in that period. He is hunting my walker dog as Bluetick has a bad tooth, abcess swollen on antibiotics then will have it pulled. First time I ever had a dogs tooth go bad, $200 bucks to clean and pull less than I thought for a back Molar.

Andrew is spoiled by the Bluetick and he is colored blind ( Blue Only) I am partial to blue and Walkers and anything that will tree coon and not run junk and do it right. I was even known to take my Pitbull/ Mastif/ Black Lab this week out. Allie is my 90 Lap dog that lives with me in the house. Andrew is still laughing about it. I was quite proud of Allie.

She ran around Moo the walker and when he treed with coon we shot it out and it landed in front of her. Now Allie is the biggest chicken god ever made and she yipped at it sound like a shrill voiced fiest caught in a fence. Now Moo is not much of a kill dog and coon is face up so Moo was grabbing on tail Allie decided to try, never even broke coons skin!!! She tried again a coon nipped her and she puffed up and acted mad but that was it. That 1/2 Pit and 1/2 mastif dad of hers must have been a lover instead of a fighter cause she is still gods biggest CHicken!!

Wonder how Ron Pruimer Would trade Allie for that nice walker female? Probably cash money and i keep Allie!!

I bet he would trainer though.
