I hope Villanova runs the table and wins the national championship so they can hang a banner from there rafters. I bet those rafters are getting cold up there.

Hey they are the last current big east team to win a title, lol, 30 years ago, and Ky gave them that one, they played a Ky Rival at the time, in Rupp. It was better than a Home Game for villinova.

Imagine Duke to have to play for the title in Rupp. Well Georgetown and Ky were rivals like that then, villinova got to play Georgetown for the title in Rupp.

It was the biggest upset in a title game in history until duke beat unlv in 91. Georgetown had beat them by 25 earlier in the year.

I'm just curious to know how good Gonzaga really is. Hard to judge a team like that when they play in such a bad conference.

UVA got a big scare at home today. Losing Justin Anderson is really hurting them.

Nova is actually a pretty good balanced team this year. They've won several games and probably do well in tournament. But there not playing in much of a conference either. There's good competetion there but its a 8-9 team conference that has 1 contender right now.

I don't really think nova sucks. I was thinking Hoosier man wants to talk like uk doesn't have any offense but if you look at the box scores and compare them as a team. Nova only has a few guys putting up numbers and on any given night uk has 9-10 guys contributing with baskets. That's why we are going to win it all. Total package. And I so hope we get duke Louisville and nova on the way.

Johnson had a double double last night with 21 mins of play. We also had 8 cats score 8 or more points and no one played more then 23 mins.

To give you an idea of how good they really are, their star player transferred from Ky because he couldn't get playing time. He can shoot but lacks on defense bad. That's why they play zone.

Please man! it was South freakin Carolina! They are a sorry excuse for a basketball team. Listen if your in a major conference and you can't even content to play in the NIT on a yearly basis they you are horrible.

Now if UK players put up stats like that against a tough defensive team l'd be impressed.

Nova has played 2 ranked teams on the road in conference play and they have had 7 or 8 players score in both. Nova has 7 guys at can all hit 3s and a high % and they all defend with great intensity.

Don't get me wrong I like Butler and pull for them, we sent them 3 players that Begged Ky for a Scholarship, they even considered walking on. But come on, lol, try to push them off to us as a contender. Now and then Ky will make a mistake and let them have a Player we should have kept, " Sheldon Mack " but not often. See you enjoy watching those big headed freshman that care little to none about college basketball. I like watching the teams like Butler play teams like UK and take them down. Hustlers who care about the team not the $$$.

Your entire program has become nothing but a one stop shop to the NBA and Ihate the NBA that's why I hate UK and hope they fail.

Thad Matta was doing the same thing several years ago. Going for all the super stars and year after year they all kept leaving. It does nothing for college basketball other then ruin it.

Sounds like jealousy. Like Dickie v said the other night, every team would have those players if they could get them. Coach Cal has made UK the mecca for college basketball. Yeah there's 1 and dones every year, but there's also players like wcs that sticks around a few years.

and the twins, Hawkins, Poyntres, Johnson. Try something else. We will get players back next year also. Bookers a great play what if he doesn't go. It's unlikely but could happen. Also. The twins are 2nd round picks. What if they want to get their stock up? Don't worry we have another #1 class coming in. Also long as cal is at ky everyone will either like or hate us because Ky is the number one school in college basketball and will be for the rest of our life's.
