Well somebody has to run these dogs.
Fired Huey and Louie up.
I cast Tater first. He struck in and I cast JJ into him. Tater pushed the track down the creek. He was heading for the road. So I belined to the bridge. He's pushed this track before. I wanted to see if ol ricky went under or over the bridge. He goes over. Tater shoots across, soon followed by JJ who still is silent. I could here Tater swimming in the creek. JJ finally struck in up stream. Now followed by Tater. They were heading for the nasty stuff. JJ threw her locate, Tater was a split second behind. He had her beat, but I think he doubled checked the tree. 762 yards out. They ended up on the same tree from the last time. I go to leave and realized that I forgot to set the new toy so I could find my way out. HAAAAAAAA!!!!!
So I pick a direction and then my light dies. HAAAAAAA!!!!!
Then Tater decides to grow a pair and fight me on the leash.
HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I left JJ off. Too thick to try and walk two dogs thru in the dark.

So there I stand. Then it starts to rain. Of course. Why not.
But this Leinie red tastes great. So all is good. I think I'll have a nutter!!! Taters' buying... LOL

Dougles, Cash looks and sounds great! Thanks for sharing the update, video & pics.....that last picture is awesome! We really like the pup we kept from that litter.....she's a crazy, loud treedog.........we'll be making that cross again here in the next couple days. Keep up the good work with Cash & keep us updated.

HUNT FROM 5/28/10

Here is the picture's i took we treed 5 time's if i remember right or caught one in a road tube and one in a hollow log.

The dog's we hunted where Rip Chief and Dan. Ithink the young dog's done a awesome job.

The feeling is mutual. I'd love to come back, you have some very nice hunting spots. Unfortunately, I wasn't too impressed with the way Edge was performing and decided just to stop the bleeding and see how he would perform in the field trial the next day. I guess if winning the field trial was important, than I made the right decision. I'd rather have done better in the nite hunt, but it just wasn't in the stars. Kinda stinks that it was still anyones game but only person to blame is myself.... "NEXT TIME"
