Well the snow melted again today. My coon dog barks every night to go. I hope it melts good enough to head in the woods Sunday night.

Bright and sunny today not a whole lot of meltin' ..... went yote huntin' this afternoon with a guy that's hunted 'em around 10 years he called one into us and it was headed around to me and as soon as the wind changed into my direction it got my scent and that was the end got close enough to shoot with the shotgun but brush was in the way,he brought me a little dog this mornin',skinned and in the freezer,we're gonna go again that's for sure.

Yeah its fun calling those critters in!

I wish snow would melt im jones n to COONHUNT!!!! Before the snow i was havn more trouble findn coons than usual. Something is going on ther is not as many coon than befoe. Is anybody else havn trouble strikn coon??????

Rex I did not buy the same kind. I went to Walmart and bought the Max battery. I got several people say they are good. It was expensive so I hope it last a long time. Snow melted here a little but we were cloudy all day. Tomorrow the high is 30 degrees. Weather is crazy.
