Yes it warmed up to 18 degrees here. I am pulling them and let them rest for awhile. Deer season come in tomorrow and I sure don't like walking through the woods even with ORANGE ON.

Jeff AShmore, I hope you get the Sherrif to do an investigation on who cut our trees. It should be easy to find out who did the cutting.

Illegal Cut Trees at club

Already have Law working on it. They stripped us of a lot of our timber. Not to mention we are already in a timber program.

Just got home. Had a 21 pound coon in one of my traps. It measured over triple x. That fur was beautiful on him. All my traps are in the barn now. I can rest every morning and get ready for Sunday night. TD are we going to try to get together and hunt one night?

Yes I am just don't know what nite. The new hunter and me are goin' tonite 21 lb. is a nice one the biggest one I've ever got was 25 lb. with the old dog.

I will have to wait to put them back out.

Accurate hunt report

Started around 7:00 by 7:45 had a big cottonwood den cut loose by 8:00 had the meat little sow,cut loose again and must of been the only one down never opened again took one of the pups she trailed but never opened or treed didn't know what to think about all the excitement,but was her first coon on the ground at night,still got room for improvement home by 9:00........don't have that much fun on a trapline,not for me anyway end of report. Took Gem.
