Buddy had a rough weekend

Buddy had a rough night friday night. Started with 2 slick trees, the 1 more than likely had a coon but due to crappy lights and all the knots we don't know. He then decided to run his first deer. I'll break him off of that once I get a day without rain, and to end the night he found a skunk. Hoping next weekend goes better!

We all go through those nights with pups Brett. Its just part of the journey to finishing a dog. He is at that age that he is gonna test you.

Here's Tramp last night. I got home from work at 1140 last night and decided to go out for a dump since I also had to be up this morning at 7 for some training at work. I work night shift and have a heck of a time getting up before 10am. He did a nice job, and it was a nice night. I wish I could've hunted longer. Hope he keeps this up for BBOA days.

Got a call tonight with an update on this young dog. Ron sold him to a young man that lives around Ft. Wayne, In. He has a 1st and a 2nd. His first hunt he placed 1st with 675+. Off to a good start.

Jake I am the one that has the boomer dog in your picture. He has been in a total of 8 hunts. With 2 wins a first and a second. He is a really impressive dog for his age. He is not scared to get deep. He seems to be a very accurate dog. Not the loudest, but very easy to pick out of a crowd. Very happy with this dog!

Jake got back into coon hunting and bought my pick out of my litter back. they are 6 months old and fully running and treeing. lol even converted some walker guys into blue guys. you will see two pups for sure pushed hard in the pkc hunts.
