Just dropping in to catch up. Alot of interesting tales going on and it amzes me that alot of the quesitonable ones involve Linkous and Bond. I do not know why people like to tell them tall tales on them two.

Supposed to be hitting the second day in a row with no rain. I will believe it when I see it. Got alot of grass to cut now.

I will get back on tonight and through some pics up of the new pups. If anyone knows someone that needs some good Englsh pups let me know.

Another beautiful day in NW PA, we spent it fishing. Should have stayed home and went riding horse. Getting better at casting (sometimes). I caught a crappie, a blue gill and a catfish. Chuck caught a perch and his friend, Ray, caught a white bass, a blue gill and 3 catfish. NOT very good for a 2 hr drive each way and 7 hrs of fishing. I got snagged up on something on the back of the boat, when I bent over to get ahold of my line, my hat fell off and we tried getting it will r poles and net, but it sank. While trying to get it with r poles, Chuck and I got our lines all tangled, mine ended up wrapped around something on top of the canopy. Fishing might not be my thing! Hope my son doesn't mind me losing his hat, it made it through his tour in Iraq and gone in one day of fishing.
Ap Blue, I sure hope u heard wrong about Brett and his dog....that would be horrible.

I dunno if pork will be there. He had a stroke last week and was at ruby for a day or 2. Tom should be. Asked bout adam cause my wife was talkin to him thru work and he gave us permission to hunt his place. Said couple hundred flat acres on fingerboard rd.

Hope u have a nice camping trip, Rob. It was suppose to start raining here today and then have a 30% chance of rain everyday until Tuesday. Fishing is better than working, but I haven't worked fulltime since 2006 when I got out of prison. I self-paroled after 16 months.

Wanted to go to Meadville to the National Redbone BS, on Saturday, but at my SIL offered to give me her tickets to c Kenny Rogers at the casino. I'd still rather go to the BS, but my friend has wanted to c Kenny Rogers since she found out he was going to be there. Everyone I knew than could get free tickets got them for themselves so I told her we couldn't go, but then my SIL changed her wknd plans.

It's lonely out here tonight just me and Storm and a yote or yotes sometimes it's hard to tell they make such a racket came in on the tree on Storm they rattled her a little I thougt she was going to quit before I could get there couldn't find the coon so we left was going to hunt back towards the truck but Storm wasn't interested in hunting she wouldn't get out of my seight oh well at 70 degrees and humid it's too hot to hunt anyway plus the dang bugs I am ready for winter y'all have fun and be safe this weekend

WB, hope u have a safe wknd, too. I buy my husband little cigars for $5/carton when I go to the casino, they work well at keeping the bugs away. I don't smoke, but if the gnats are bad, I'll blow some smoke at them.

Kenny Rogers was ok, his voice and range aren't what they use to be. I came home $50 ahead!

Well been fooling with Blackie for a week now one night last week about on 1:30 in the morning I thought it was somebody breaking in than he raided the dog food than back on the porch Friday night last night he tore the door off the building busted and drug around 100 pounds of chicken scratch and 50 pounds layer crumbles looks like he tried to drag them to woods spilled all over the place ok wars on

Corky, sorry to read about ur MIL having a stroke, hope she has a full recovery.

WB, where r the pictures of ur black attack? The neighbors have one getting their bird feeders. We've been lucky that they haven't four r orchard, but they've got r sweetcorn a few times. My horse pasture went around 3 sides of the orcha so we always thought the electric fence kept them away. My FIL always kept his bee hives in an electric fence so bears wouldn't bother them.

Dandy treed on his first coon yesterday. I didn't even get a picture of it I started into get my phone and camera but things got a little chaotic when the coon came out of the cage and headed toward the patio where I had Dandy tied so I could go in the house. Chuck told me the coon was coming toward us and when I looked around the corner of the house to c where it was, I was nose to nose with it!! I screamed and it turned any ran the other way and went under the front porch, armed with a rake and hoe, we got it out from under there and the darn thing climbed up the rain spout and was on our back porch light . We knocked it off the light, I was feeling kind of sorry for it. Then it started around the house again and we went the other way to head it off and it was GONE. We let Dandy lose, by this time Ruby was going wild at the barn and Lu and 7 were scratching at the door because they wanted out of the house so Dan was a little confused. But he walked around the house with us and started out through the yd with his head down. There r 4 big oak trees at the edge of the yd and he went up to one and seemed very interested in it. We stayed about 30' back looking for the coon and it was up the tree he went to. About the same time we saw it, he put his paws on it and barked.
