CoonCrazy I've had problems in the past but now 2 hours away from clubs hosting pkc hunts here..One exception Reading 1hr 45 min....Might get more involved next year.....Larry

Terry, I think I'm doing better all the time..David is a good young man but we all have to work so now looks like thur,fri and sat. night with david and the rest by myself...I make 2-3 dumps and seem to do well....I hunted 5 nights last week...would have been 6 but (RAIN) where was it when we needed it...to late now...working this weekend but just as a favor...can't let work interfer with hunting.....Hope it cools for you soon.. Yes sir; I understand what makes the world go around.lol I know y'all have come a long way with BJ, y'all sure have put the time in on that pups, but when it's all over he will be another great hound in the great kennel Thunder Kennels! It's turn a little cooler here but we need a lot of rain like 20" to bring us to normal, but like a old farmer man told me one time, he was on a tractor plowing dust, he pulled up where I was and took his bandana out and wiped his face,and said you know son the good lord is a powerful man but he sure ain't no farmer. Lol

I understand that we have 1 club here then a couple within an hr thenthe rest r hours away! U see where ruby got in agin sat? She must be a right nice hound!

Bobby, Thats a good Idea...Now I need to get you to train them for me,,Ha Ha....That Little pup I call Gun Smoke your wife liked so well is doing outstanding...runs a track wide open and will split tree in a heart beat if he thinks a coon is in his tree he will split from pack 10 feet away...and I mean tree hard...so far so good..Larry

Bobby, I have a littermate to Gun Smoke down here in Decatur named Cannon Bawl, best PUP I have ever owned bar none. I carried Bawl, Smoke and a female out of that litter back from Texas and my wife had the same reaction yours did about Smoke. There mom is Gr.nt. Ch. Midnight Lady owned by Randell Powell of Brownwood Tx. These are the smartest pups I have been around, we have all heard the saying "listens better than a kid" these pups make my kids seem dumb. LOL

Travis, I thought we were both crazy at the time...who knew I just take mine hunting and he is on every track wide open and every tree unless he is on his own and will split 10 feet away if he thinks he's got it....And EVERY breath tree dog....And Travis your wife and Bobby's have great taste Ha Ha...Thanks again Larry

Good Morning All.....Weather great, cool nights, Got rain...1st round..looked good last night, 2nd pack did ok...then 3rd fell apart...Is not that coon hunting???...Going to rqe tonight and see if I can make it thru.............Have fun guys and lets all work together....Larry

Bobby....Qualified a Gr Nt Female of Charlie's and mine at RQE in Lateview,Mi Last night,,,,Young dog off All Grand Dan had to pull out with mean dog in cast....I still think owner and dog should be wrote up when hunting these dogs...........
