State Hunt update it was a huge show today which I enjoyed watching hunted 98 dogs Friday night and 90 tonight I think that's what it was anyway I hunted but the wind was awful you could hear your dog hardly at all first drop dogs got stuck and just like that you could no longer hear them I looked at my garmen Strom was 350 away you could barley hear her the dogs were all split up going in four different directions with two being on or near a road we called time out everybody headed out to get there dog the meeting place was back at the truck everyone made it back but the last dog and handler almost didn't make it all the while the wind was getting worse but like true senseless coon hunters we dropped them again anyway to make a long story short at a hour and a half of hunt time gone standing there watching everything flying by from tree limbs to trash I am if Storm checks back in I am with drawing and getting out of this crap she must have been tired of it too because about that time she came in so I leashed her up and said I am out and heading back to the truck to get out of this wind so as I am sitting there waiting andI finally see there lights a coming I said what did y'all do the same thing you did we all with drawed went and got our dogs and headed to the truck

Corky glad no was hurt other things can be replaced but on the other hand you will get an early start on firewood that ole tree spent a many of year keeping you cool with shade and now it will keep ya warm

Rob 800 plus and 550 where the two highest scores from Friday night both where Grand Nites I did go back last night it was an hour drive back and from where I was at a two hour drive home which was an experience as well large limbs as well as smaller ones at two different tree tops out in the road people's trash cans and somebody's lawn chair being late and tried I was a little puzzled when I saw this hudge silver blob coming at me down the road I am thinking UFO but it turned out to be someone's silver trap the wind was strong I don't know the mph but the gust and crosswinds would move the truck lots of people around here this morning with no power

We tried to hunt last night, wind was just too much. It was so windy that when I spit it didn't hit the ground until it was in VA. some where.

MY DR APPT YESTERDAY WAS BETTER. THE INFLAMATION AROUND MY VEIN HAS GONE DOWN. I CAN WALK WITHOUT LIMPING. STILL HURTS TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. I GO SEE THE VEIN DR ON THURSDAY.

Weather is suppose to get cold and more snow and wind on the wknd. I'm going to the Equine Affair with friends. Hope the rds aren't bad because its my turn to drive.
Corky sorry to c ur truck got hit by the tree. That happened to friends of mine while they were camping. It hit the front end and knocked the windows out.
Aren't trail cameras great! We enjoy looking at the pictures. We had something set off our fisher traps last yr...put up the trail camera and got 45 pictures of bears eating a deer about 75' from our trap.
Rob, glad your leg is better. Good luck at the vein dr. Went to the casino again yesterday...came $120 ahead. Need to do that a few more times before I'm ahead for the yr.
