Yes went hunting. First drop not a bark. Second drop hit one red hot and had a good short race. Treed about 45 yards off the road. Walked in to the tree and couldn't even shine the tree. Undergrowth had it where you couldn't even see a limb. Loaded dogs up and came home.

Hit it tonite show that ole coon who's the boss

Took Blue dog out. saturday night

Moose treed 2coon we saw and 2 trees we couldn't see at all because of leaves. This was saturday night. Andy and i went out at last minute. Dogs is out of shape, start working them on road monday. Will start hunting them some now that it is cooler for me.

REX. Have a question. I found several old skillets. In fact a whole set. Cast iron but there is no name brand on them and she said her Grandmother owned them. There is a ring around the bottom of them said that means they are before 1950. Give me some advice. I think there should be a name on the bottom. What do you think. She wants $200.00 for the whole set. There is 12 frying pans in the set. Want some advice from you.

How many skillets are you wanting Mike ? Sounds like someone is trying to sell off some that aren't collectables to me. I've got afew mine are Griswolds ,,,but if the are any kind of marks to I.D. them would help,even the shape of the handles,,, i need to go back and buy a 8 or 9 inch square Griswold to bake my cornbread in ,, already have the Dutch oven /crock for my beans ,,,dang i need to shut up im getting hungry !!!

That is what I am trying to buy is Griswolds.

Nice start to another day........low 60's this mornin'. Got a neighbor in Rardin that has a collection of skillets out the a$$. He has a shop with 'em hangin' on each wall just about full,I'll check with Tom.

Ok TD. These might be just plain ole cast iron skillets. 58 degrees here this morning. We have a hunt tonight at the club.

I did now Mike,I 've been told the same as you on the ring on bottom,i have two that i know are old that have no ring..some of the Eire and (U S) are old,some of those could have came straight from a foundry and they may not be marked...I guess its weather you believe this woman at her word ...if they came from her grand mother I would assume they have some age on them...as for price ,thats not bad ,new ones are high....would have been nice if they were marked though....oh yeah GO PACKERS..bout forgot to get that in....
