The ending is, for once in his life he has told the truth, light goes out the second time this year it has left me in the dark. New light. Bad thing Wendell was with me both times.

One thing that I need to clear up, I hunt every night that the weather is anywhere near fair. Probably 15 years older than he is Wendell is a Barber Shop hunter, just sets around and talks about it. Ask Linkous!!!

51 HERE ALREADY TO DAY. WE HAVE MUD WHERE THE SNOW HAS MELTED. THE TWO LABS BRING IN MUD ON THERE FEET. DRIVES MY WIFE NUTS. I PUT TWO STRIPS OF OLD CARPET IN GARAGE AND BRING THEM IN THROUGH THERE. IT SEEMS TO HELP.

Love living in the country, but worry a little bit about the beautiful bald eagle that flew over last wk making my rat terrier its next meal. Then this AM, we saw an otter moved into our pond and is munching on the fish we bought to stock it. The game warden came and set a trap for it this afternoon, hope he's a good trapper.

Missed a good one last night Price you should have answered the phone but I guess you couldn't get a pass or maybe your light was still charging we had to do a little improvising so Linkous didn't have to go swimming to get the tree and to keep him and the dogs from having to swim back

Thanks guys. No eagle or otter around today. Mixed feelings about the otter, wish we would have had it in the trap so it could have been relocated. Maybe we'll have it tomorrow if it is still around. No more dead fish so happy to see it didn't get our kois. We've had them over 20 yrs.

See there Bond you are assuming again, Hunted Monday night with Scott Hammond from West Point, Va. a student at Tech, and last night with Logan Kennedy from Cumberland, Va. another student at Tech, Good hunt both nights but Monday night it was very fogey and we had a hard time seeing the top of the tree's, but last night was a different one, very good drop, one track one coon and back home.

31 DEGREES HERE.

WE STILL HAVE SOME SNOW ON THE GROUND. RAINED A GOOD BIT YESTERDAY, BUT HAVING 30" OF SNOW DURING THE STORM IT WILL TAKE MORE RAIN AND A FEW MORE WARM DAYS TO HAVE IT ALL GONE.

GOODLUCK WITH OTTER. IF THEY CATCH HIM AND YOU CAN GET A GOOD PICTURE LET US KNOW.
