Thanks for having me and Kid up good to hunt different terrain. See if your dad can dig into any ol papers he still have on some of the hounds thats in warroirs 6 th and 7 generation.
Fancy looked good and I bet you can make her a nt champ in a short time.I seen she can tree em in cut over&what a mess.Thanks and when you get time come on down we sure will turn em loose.

I`m sorry I didn`t have enough pups this year mabe next year i`ll raise a few litters. Kid has two female`s booked to be bred one is dripping now and the other is a repeat breeding.first cross is doing awesome and has all the tools to be something special.Kid is making a good donor on some great females.I want to Thank You Guys for giving Kid a chance.he is truly my favorite hound.

Thanks for the updated picture.I`ve talked to MR.Rummel a few times.I think he is going to be surprised about how balanced this young hound is going to be.i`ve been getting great reports on this litter and she sure looks like she will show with the best of them.Thank You Dan for all the kind words and I wish you and Jane a great run this year.
I want to Thank All of you that are running hounds out of my line and crosses being made from either from myself or others.I`m sure we all have a common goal of breeding a better balanced hound.Anybody that know me I like a track driving hound and this line has produced many.
I`ve been hearing some Awesome stuff from the kid offspring and not just one litter.send me new pics.

Will start showing him as soon as I get his DNA and papers back any day now! Shine has impressed me with him stricking tracking and Treeing ahead of my 11 yr old dog at 5 months old! He is already an aewsone strike and track dog with the ability to split from the other dogs with a coon still needs some work on holding his tree a little longer but stays long enough for u to get to him, he just don't like to be tied, loves to hunt a coon. I have shot over 20 coon to this dog and he is only 7 1/2 months old. With all of what Iv have seen from him I can't see why he will not finish to duel grand?

This pic was taken in November 2013 when he was only 6 months old. He treed 3 of these big coon in front of my old dog and was with her ob the other 2!

I have nothing bred at this time.I do plan on breeding my Powder female to Kid she looks to be coming into heat and a few guys say there going to breed to Kid.
John Gill has a real nice litter off of heavy linebred cLose on EBJ/Smokey River Bl.Diam Jim.has my Tree Daddy and Stinger up close.give him a call 419 496-1360.

It looks like my Powder female off of Stinger is coming into heat and I m thinking about mating her to Kid again.The first cross seem to turn out real good and not hard on the eyes either.
The first cross seem to have alot of track speed and made hard tree dogs with big mouths on them.The ones that were hunted harder made better hounds.the females have big male dog voices on them.
I purchased a Double Tree Daddy Gr.Ch female and I`m gonna mate her to Kid this will double Stinger up and Triple Tree Daddy.She has all the tools hard going all the hunt you would want in a hound and she has a bone shirving loud high pitched mouth.Her littermates are making real nice hounds too.
I ll post a pedigree soon on Croix.
I can`t say how much I would like for this winter to be over,another 7 inches of snow lastnight and calling for more saturday.
Kid is doing good and I`ve been asked if he had any bad habits.
Kid is a pleasure to hunt I don`t have to hunt him with a trainning collar I never had to have one on him.He don`t chew and has all the hunt you would need in a hound.Kid don`t pass tracks up.Not ill or fussy in anyway. I feel Kid represents the type of hounds I raise here well.Kid will get treed super quick under your feet or get in deep with the meat hanging. If you have never hunted with him give me a call and set set up a hunt and see for yourself. I think most houndsmen will like him.

I really don`t like either snow or heat.I would rather have mid 70`s and 40`s at night.
Won`t belong the hunts will be in full swing.do you have another hot project for this year?

Just made the Kid and Powder cross. I have a two spoken for and I don`t think they will last long.
Croix is coming in heat and I will be breeding her also.
We have two frozen semen crosses on Jake planned also.I`m sure both litter s are spoken for and have a waiting list on both.

I want to Thank Everybody who`s running with a hound direct out of my yard and giving these fine fellas and Gals a chance with offspring out of Stinger,Tree Daddy,EBJ,Legend,Pete,Jake and my favorite Kid. You all make the difference.THANK YOU !!!

Larry,this cross is looking to be real nice.Good Luck with him I hope he keeps turning it on in the timber.His littermates that are getting hunted are sure turning some heads.Shine reminds me of Tree Daddy in the picture`s.

I think Sunni is going to be a outstanding reproducer.I`m not gonna breed her next time she comes in.EBJ cross prolly won`t happen with her.Bad timing! I won`t flood EBJ Semen hounds at the same time.Prolly won`t let any semen go for a few years.I`ve turned down some good offers I think it was Cabin fever and guys reminiscing about there days with Warren and their Smokey River Hounds.
I think she will prolly get bred to my young EBJ Male Jim or I might find a real nice Legend Male.
I have done a few crosses twice but i`ve found that a great female will cross on different Select Sires.
I`m like a Kid in a candy store with the paths of Sires I can go with her.I thought about Stinger semen.My friend Ken Hitchcock has a male he call`s Jim off of EBJ and Les Mitchell`s Star.I would really like to breed her to him.he is a top bear hound and looks alot like Diam Jim himself.Ken is planning on taking him to nevergone in a few weeks if his semen checks out.

Kid he won many cast at bigger bluetick hunts,Just didn`t come up with enough points to get a win slip.We drawled alot of good hounds with him.Kid had 500 + on a heavy frosted night to finish to grand.

Thanks for the calls and Its sure enough hard to pass raising pups out of my Tree Daddy females,they are going out of heat and having two females bred at this time I feel good with the two I chose.
Our weather is going to hit 50 today.whew whew.Spring is right around the corner.
