Man ,,Whooo-eee ,,sounds like you'r dogs put on a treeing clinic,,dang i wish i could have been on that hunt ,,,way to go .

good hunt TD,,I didn't go, decide to take a boat ride....River report..put on the water above the spillway and headed to whetstone creek..got up to the 13 acres the city owns next to riverside farms and had to put the motor up on sallow drive to get through..made to whetstone creek and the sand bar is 3/4 of the way across the river..squeezed through there and got to Lanmans slough...bone dry with grass knee high growing in it..made it on up to hoffriders and the old channel that ran along hoffriders side was like lanmans slough..bone dry with knee high grass..the river is now cutting a new channel on the west side through the stump patch just south of the Patton rocks,[carl balls]...couldn't make no further...if we dont get rain ,the city of Charleston may pump it dry...lowest i have seen it since the dam went out...i did mark all the likely stumps and brush piles for crappie fishing if we ever get any water back in the river....

We walked across the river last night and didn't get over our ankles lower than whale crap,it wouldn't hurt to get a refill for sure. I'm sure there is some holes somewhere but we didn't find any.

Had a hell of walk. Had one good race that ended 737 yards from me. Found the coon and headed for the truck. Back home little after 11:00PM and that shower felt good.

Had equipment trouble

made a short one tonight ,turned in at 9:05 got struck at 9:20.treed at 9:58.seen a coon and came home ,seen 4 grinners on the ground tonight ..tracking seemed tuff tonight and i went to the river..

Rex did you shoot those grinners? I do every night I see them. I trying to get them on the extinct list.

Not tonite Mike,went to work early this mornin'. Spotty Linda told me tonite when I got home,didn't know him as well as I do Jerry,but he was still a friendly man,I ain't got no complaints.

I did but ain't runnin' over the road no more,still got my CDL's for drivin' the twp. trucks. Tryin' another approach that was gettin' hard on me.
