The way I look at it Max Jet V was a proven reproducer and is carried in many pedigrees of the Blue dogs of today. For no more pups than Jade has had she has done her share, two Dual Grand's and one that should have been and yes we know they have to go to people that will hunt them but then again, it has to be hounds people enjoy hunting. With the pups we now have out of Jet V I hope we can carry on with a few more common Blue dogs! I feel breeding to the three bitches we did we should have some fun in the near future. One 7 months old running and treeing and two 8 week old pups treeing on drags, seems to me we have done alright so far. Hoping to see some action in the corn fields this year and set back and enjoy myself! Riptide is going to have his hands full in helping with getting them to handle, help with the breaking of them! If any of them make what Riptide did and do as good as he did early in life I will be very Happy, he is my measuring stick. Now tell the old man to send us a video of them treeing a coon and I will be happy! LOL! Riptide gets his turn next and it too will be with a Quality Bitch, you get my drift?

Those Jet 5 puppies you are getting are going to make a big matk in the Blurtick breed. Will put back in a lot of good.stuff that is missing today.

Well said Ifrisbie!!! I know myself I don't want these dogs today that start barking as soon as u get them off the tailgate and I really like for them to have a coon when I walk in to the tree!! Lol

Loyd I would have to agree with Corey, would love to have a good young started Ladner Blackmouth Cur. Heard a lot about your line! Squirrel hunting in the winter and taking kids is a blast! Oh and tree a Ricky once in a while!

ICB the Jet V x Daisy pups are doing real well!! Very good acting pups and are not afraid to look up at 8 weeks old they are treeing their butts off on a drag coon with scent!!

Corey got Riptide out today for his picture (4) years old, stood like a rock for not being on the bench for a long time, would show better with a real handler! LOL! Going to try to get Riptide in a few bigger hunts if the time and money does not run out!

Jet V and Jade pups coming two weeks old, one looks like a tank and other more stream line!

Thanks! Turned loose tonight twice and called it a night, still a little warm. Made two drops and had two on a dead snag and five on a cherry tree. Took Riptide and Little V, Little V does not deserve his picture taken yet! LOL!

Jet V and Jade Pups are 2 1/2 weeks old and they have started eating puppy chow and milk replacer. Should help both Jade and the pups. They are doing good and growing like a weed. Sure hope at least one of them makes what I'm looking for.

Took a short hunt tonight with Riptide and Little V and made two dumps. Treed one tree with a coon and one we could not find. Trying to get Riptide out a few nights prior to next weekend as we plan on hunting both nights at Plott Days at Adams Tenn., hell we might even show him If he will stand still! Little V still likes being off by himself and doing his own thing, he has a long ways to go yet but I feel he will be very independent! The light has not turned on yet!

Took Riptide and Little V tonight and had a pretty darn good hunt, made three trees and seen two coons on one tree and coons in both of the other two trees and had a couple very good chases. Little V did a little better tonight, that is what I like just a little improvement!

Well the heat index was 112 here today and it was what you call humid! It is suppose to drop to 88 tomorrow and hope it holds out for the weekend as we plan on hunting Riptide both nights at Plott Days in Adams Tenn. and try our luck. Win or lose we always have fun with the Plott guys, great bunch of guys and here they have some good hunting down around Adams Tenn.. I'm sure that were at least be a few other Blue dogs there!!
