Tim- What can you tell us about the pups that were out of Whitey x bean the first time around? I am considering getting a female out of the mouse x bean cross to go along with Clyde. The pups should be ready to get started towards the middle/end of this coming summer which would make a nice project next fall.

I would say your making a VERY GOOD CHOISE. The first cross was awesome they started as early as 7 months, The one female we kept was runing an treeing at 7 months an she would split 20 feet or two miles, The thing with Whiteys pups you dont wont to hang many coons up if any, they was balance track an tree but you could make them tree happy with to many Hang up coons, Im sure others will coment on your ? or look back on the post an contack any one of them, Larry Hover would be a good start.

I talked to a Man the other day that trains Coonhounds for a liveing Not going to mention any names not sure how he would feel about it but lets just say he has been doing it for a long long time and is very well known. I said out of all of the pups that come here what line would you say has the best success rate and if you had to breed a female to any Stud out there right now who would it be, and he said Hardwood Bean now fellows I dont own a bean bog nor have I ever hunted with one but if that man would have told me to jump off a bridge then by lord I would he is a good christian man and he has always shot me straight. So all I can say is that once christmas is out of the way an I recoupe from it then I will own me a Hardwood Bean pup.

Thanks Shaun meens a lot for you to pass this on, Iv been working Beans Big Money just leting him do as he wonted, last week i started slowing him down a little, Droped him laste night an he looked like a 3 year old, Got struck, Got Treed, Stayed till i got there in the rain an he had the coon, Still got the pic!!

Not a problem Mr.Tim only giving credit where credit is due. He trains alot of pups from different blood and he said that beans pups seem to be eaisyer to start and have a headfull of since and tons of drive. He would not just breed to a stud for the sake of it and he knows what a coondog and a reproducer is. For a man of his statue and for him to name bean out of all these others then that tells me something not saying at all that there are not other good studs an reproducers out there but Bean was his first recomendations. So some how im going to get me a Bean pup.

shaun we would love to have you as a member of team bean...nothing is a sure thing in this game,but i have seen alot of happy owners of this blood line..i am not a great trainer by no means,but between justin simmons and myself we were blessed to have the pleasure of grnt ch hardwood j bean...the first grnt off of hardwood bean..and now mark has grnt ch pkc ch dreamer ...my money says there are lots more to come..Al

shaun the pups can be found very reasonable....we at team bean beleive in producing winners..which means the pups need to b placed in hunters hands first...the money is always second...giving the dogs a chance is most important..we will b at grandamerican stop by and we will talk...Al
