Hi Everyone!

CONGRATS Rob!

Dinner... we had Bob's Pesto. Basil fresh from his ugly garden...YUM! It was esp. good, LOTS of garlic... YUM!

I ate too much though... have that too full feeling...

Well, Gotta see wassup on here... hope you all have PERFECT weather this eve and tomorrow when you wake!

Howdy!

Just having the time to get on here for a few minutes now. Made a big yummy salmon dinner tonight... cooking.. eating and clean up... and the "I ate too much" coma kept me from posting till now...LOL...
Was MUGGY gross here today. Not sure what the temp went up to but the humidity was like a wall. I ran around doing chores this aftn in a big rush cause there were thunderstorm watches etc... but everything passed us by again. Not sure it ever even rained?

Well, hope you all have a great night...and a cooler tomorrow!

I just ate the first crop of white shrimp I caught last night. About ten barely eating size shrimp to the cast but boy, they were sweet. Probably 40-50 to make a pound yet. But it was enough for supper with grits. I had some paper thin Salmon at a reception one time rolled up with sour creeme and chives was about as good as anything I ever tasted. YUMMY. I got to thinking about when times are good I eat canned salmon and frozen vegetables from the store so I can pay off the bill collectors. When times are hard I eat Red Breast from the river and caviar from the Sturgeon in the River and fresh veggies and Shrimp and Crabs not counting venison and wild hog, got to be careful about them though if they are the mature male species but the dogs aren't as finnicky as my cleft palate. Thank Goodness.

Hi Guys!

and GALS!
LAZY day here... ate the leftover salmon for breakfast... lay down and... woke up hours later! lol... Hot outside, expecting a bit of a cold front to bang thru at some point with some T storms. Way things have gone here lately.. all will split before reaching us... and Bob will have to water the garden. OR... it will storm JUST after I let the dawgs out... and go out to do chores! lol.....

Shrimp... yum yum. I'm not a huge fish person but I LOVE salmon. Usually keep some here in cans as well so when none is available fresh I can have it with bones to get that calcium my poor old body lacks. Get sick of sardines from time to time....

Hope you all have a good aftn! I might get back here tonight...might not?
