Thats pretty cool Rex ,,,well your not teaching them bad habits ,,corn is corn. Mike go down to the creek and shovel up some of the good stuff in a bucket ,then you can pan it out later in your yard at your leisure. Thats what i do most of the time.

Good mornin'----well it's nice out so far,until the sun comes up. I'll bet them little coons liked the corn,if it don't rain soon it may be the only corn they get.

Spread rock chips on oil roads this mornin',not bad at 6:00am,but now unbearable

started a 6 just got done..got 99 degrees at11:50..my laborers showed up early ,worked the same as i did so i sent them home with a full days pay.hell i was ready to quit at 9:30....sure makes the job go better when you got good help...

Rex who you got helpin you with the barn? Hotter than all get out here. The kid was putting on a metal roof this afternoon Told him to drink water till he felt like he was going to float. Feel sorry for anyone who has to work outside today. Chuck you gettin rain up there. If you are start blowin and send it our way. Linda

got the stepson and a guy from neoga..and when we are real busy two other guys...all good workers for sure..

I know you all need the rain down there,,,but bless my high tempered soul if we didn't get more rain last night after i went to bed!!

Morning everyone. My Internet service as been down since yesterday afternoon. They just got it up and running. Looks like every thing is ok. We need rain. My thermometer hit 111 yesterday again.

Rex you are one fit man. Working in this heat you have to be in shape and good looking. Well maybe not the last part. I sent a email to you. It is 109 today. Finished spraying the pens down and now I am in to stay. We are going to charcoal grill tonight. Good ole Hot Dogs. I just got through taking a big swig of wine out of the bottle. Peach Wine. It is good.

Your right about that Rex. Just finished cleaning the outside dog runs and thought I was going to die. It is hot. My neighbor was mowing his grass. Don't ask.
