I`m working on it trying to get a copy of pete`s profile.as soon as I get it I`m gonna try to get it done.I`will be paying the whole litter up for performance.
I sent in Sunni`s DNA in to be profiled trying to get everything done and its not cheap.$$$$ hard on me.you can still come up and hunt anytime as long as its not blistering hot.

Robert, that cross might happen this fall and will be done at Nevergone.

Pete Females

Today pups turned 6 weeks old.they received the first round of 5 way vaccinations.pups look and act good.I have single pics of every pup.alot of good looking pups and two or three smaller females.I feel most of the pups will grow to be around 55 to 75 pounds.I `m still trying to pick at one female and will prolly keep the last one left also.this is one of the reasons I made this cross to get me another nice female.all four of the male s are eye catching.

DRIFTER

A big congrats to Brad Lackey and Drifter. Drifter won third at Willard last night. Brad should have no trouble finishing him into Nt Ch. He has first place win already.. Down hill now Brad. Tree Daddy Fan Club!!!

Thanks a lot John he looked good for the coon not moving he showed us the meat the first drop in a tangled up mess with the other dogs slick just couldn't get a break seeing a coon with the leaves on.... Yep treedaddy fan club in deed lol

i`m glad your entering Drifter in the hunts.I`ve seen him go and he can be quick.I think he will mature into a real nice hound.he has all the tools.Thanks for putting your time into him.he will finish with no problem.
drifter has some solid littermate doing good also.I lost track of two of the females.one ended up in Ga. the other in N.c. and now theirs one in ky. so they did get spred out a little. thanks to the guys who s putting their time into them.they are off of Lou and Tree Daddy.

Hey Matt,
I ran Abbey and Meadowoods Mountain Music Blue ( Cache) last night. Abbey struck about a hundred yds in and Cache opened with her. He stuck with her for quite awhile then came back and checked me then went back to her. She drove the track in about 800 yds and had the meat. Cache treed some but after the coon fell out he fought it and hammered every breath when I stuck it back in tree. Nice mouth and plenty of drive at 5 mos old.

John,Thanks for coming up and picking out your Pete female.your right about the eight females that is a litter it self. I hope Ruby caught for you and I feel this could be a real nice a cross.Thanks for bringing Cache with you he is a nice young pup.

All the Pete pups are looking good and these little guys will take a stroll.I have to round them up everytime I let them loose.these pups are very healthy and have good voices on them.I really don`t think their is one pup better than another.twelve pups and 10 real nice pups.

Brad, she is a looker.Alot of black or blanketback run through Meyers Smokey gene pool.These pups are real nice and growing and wow big mouths on them.they are just learning they have a mouth on them.with this heat I have a fan on them . I`ll post new pics soon.

that got hit when she was 15 months old. she had all the tools to be a great one.thats another reason I bred to Pete then getting his semen bought from Mr. Baker.I really like this cross on Pete nothing close but puting Jim and April cross in their twice and Jbs Cheif twice.not bad seeing

Thanks Brad,

That was an awesome battle!! Drifter and Luke took turns striking and treeing first. No minus to speak of all though Brad did give Drifter one he didn't deserve HA HA!

Drifter is a two year old out of tree daddy nice hound, beautiful bawl mouth and a stay put tree dog. I wouldn't be afraid to breed to Drifter he is very nice!! Big head and dark colored with loud bawl mouth . Nice hound Brad

Matt I really want to thank u for making this cross I have been looking for anything out there with Myers blue smokey II, to compliment this line of Droop dogs I have had for 11 years now ! In my opinion their is not a better line of dogs to cross Smokey II on to then this track driving line of dogs u have been breading there in OH!! Now u have seen the smile on my face that this male has put their, And a male that would be # 1 pick in any litter, I'm still shocked how gorgeous he really was when I laied eyes on him! pictures didn't do any of the males justice!!! With this cross I'm able to tripple and quaddruple on some Females hear. That cross is going to allow me to hunt the dogs I love for probably the REST OF MY LIFE!!!
For that I say THANK YOU.

As You can tell i`m quite fond of all the pups.The best part is I know you will cherish him and take care of him the way he should be.
It s a good feeling when you get one to turn your eye.I hope the best for you and your Pete Pup & your breeding. I bet you will have him running come nov.
I have high hopes for this litter as I do any that are born here.Performance Paid and S.S. Thanks Larry for getting your third hound born here at the Mosquito Creek kennel.Good Luck with him.

Congrats to Brad Lackey and Drifter on getting another first on Drifter.way to go Brad and good job and finishing Fancy to ch.
Drifter and Fancy are littermates.
Drifter and Fancy are off of Tree Daddy and Booming Blue Lou.This cross is working real well and I`ve been getting good reports on the litter.
I `ve hunted with Drifter a few times and he looked good everytime.Congrats again Brad.
